I think he's going cap in hand to ask for money. I really hope he's not got the nerve to ask to come back!

Why?

Are you dismissing the veracity of the water-tight legal process that allowed a whole range of separate, highly credible publications to conduct investigations and give voice to the witnesses to, and victims of, bullying, belittling and harassment by MM of her staff?

Have you considered why this highly litigious couple have not challenged these numerous publications with their repeated allegations from:

The Times,
The Hollywood Reporter
Vanity Fair
Access Hollywood
Courtiers by Valentine Low

Highly credible publications have (and just recently too - again) talked about King Charles’ temper, & his treatment of his staff, so why are we focusing on the woman who has left the working royals and lived in another country for 5 years now? What Charles and the rest do should be the things that concern us.

Why aren’t we repeatedly discussing the story of 11 highgrove gardeners who left King Charles’ employment, and why they left, for example?

TooTooMuchEverything · 26/09/2025 21:42

@Thedom I ask you earlier and perhaps you missed or forgot. But can you link to the source of this quote you posted earlier please?

A widely reported story from early September 2025 claims that GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) CEO Emma Walmsley refused Prince Harry's request for a private jet to attend the WellChild Awards in the UK, citing the extravagance and hypocrisy of the request for someone who advocates for climate action. The report suggests this rejection was a public rebuke, reflecting growing corporate reluctance to fund Harry's "entitled" lifestyle and diminishing influence”

I will never accept reading poster's posts tearing others down and walk on by as if I hadn't read it.
That makes one complicit.

Goodness me! for someone who claims to have no skin in the game and thinks royalty is ridiculous you are incredibly invested in defending their Royal Highness’s the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, as for “tearing others down” maybe apply that to your own posts, claiming William will cut his children off is the very definition of tearing someone down, your hypocrisy is off the scale.

This is a thread about Harry so we are discussing Harry, not sure why you find that so difficult to comprehend. Stop trying to derail this thread it’s against talk guidelines and your whataboutery is utterly tiresome. If you want to discuss Charles and his Highgrove staff there was a thread dedicated to that of you care to look.

Theresabatinmykitchen · 26/09/2025 22:03

Here you go, I’ve done the work for you, a full 27 pages worth of discussing Highgrove staff, so that blows your theory out the water that posters aren’t discussing these matters. Seriously, do your research before posting.

Okay. Sorry if I upset you. But you posted about Meghan in regard to bullying, not Harry.

And the ‘King’ is in the thread title.

That's not correct as you well know. William and Catherine do not have private commercial ventures.

No they are still funded by us and their Duchy income...but hey they are still half out in terms of their work load.

Thank you for that. Until this past week or so I’ve not posted on here for a long time. Delighted to read one of @Vera99 ‘s threads. I haven’t seen any of her posts in along time.

Edited

I have not posted about Meghan bullying her staff on this thread, not sure where you got that from. Yes this is about the King and Harry, not the King and his Highgrove staff.

There will generally always be a thread available on the latest royal news that hits the headlines.

You responded to a post of mine that I wrote in response to another poster.

I assumed you were the poster I responded to replying to me.

So ‘that’s where I got that from’.

A simple mistake.

Theresabatinmykitchen · 26/09/2025 22:53

A sorry would have sufficed.

TooTooMuchEverything · 26/09/2025 23:08

“This is a thread about Harry so we are discussing Harry, not sure why you find that so difficult to comprehend”

@Theresabatinmykitchen Those were your words to me. Your words that I’ve bolded - I got the meaning of those words loud and clear. Who should say sorry to whom, exactly?

Theresabatinmykitchen · 26/09/2025 23:43

What are you talking about? Are you confused or something? You seem to have difficulty following this thread so I will spell it out so you understand. You said I made remarks about Meghan being a bully which I did not, I pointed that out to you, you then wrote a post explaining your mistake, I posted a sorry would have sufficed, why do you find that so hard to follow?, it’s literally in five consecutive posts above, jeez Louise 🙄.

And the leak has finally happened! How long was that?

We now know - he gave his dad a pic of him, M and the childten, and Charles gave him.a birthday pressie. And it was all rather formal, rather like a visiting dignitary.

No hugs and tears mentioned

All in today's DM. On the road in a bumpy car or I'd ( try to) post a link

Actually I’m not sure which side thay leak came from, as I think it was Harry and Megan basically leaking from right after the visit. Basically teeing it up for a half in half out, coming back, Megan coming with the kids, seeing Charles regularly, appearing in public together, I think that was Harry and Megan making a play for half in half out again, as they’ve nothing left in the USA work wise so need it.

and the latest leak is the palace quietly putting it to bed , basically saying it’s not happening, they are not getting their half in half out and the visit wasn’t the way the leaks are showing.

Mylovelygreendress · 27/09/2025 07:48

Here’s the link @Rhaidimiddim .
I can see how you would think that @Brightlittlecanary however I tend to think it has come from Montecito as, after the first positive skew of stories following the visit it is sort of back to normal with questions about who is trying to undermine W and C ( hmm who could that be??) plus W and C out and about more .

Letmeoutodhere · 27/09/2025 07:53

Just how stupid can he be? He blabs about every conversation and encounter. No wonder he’s treated like a visiting dignitary and given under an hour of his father’s time.

The comments on H's reactions to the meeting sound first-person account. I look forward to ourvresident PR mavens' taken on it.

prelovedusername · 27/09/2025 07:58

I think it’s a palace leak but not a sanctioned one. It would defeat the purpose of the Montecito PR blitz to admit the meeting was anything other than warm and welcoming.

My guess is the photo Harry gave Charles is intended to be added to the family collection in the King’s Christmas Speech. I hope Charles isn’t taken in by this act of manipulation but I wouldn’t be surprised to see it on the side table. As one of the comments wryly put it, we’ll be able to spot it by the hearts over the kids’ faces.

Mylovelygreendress · 27/09/2025 08:02

Good point about the Christmas speech . But if KC displays it , will it be in the right place ? ie in front of the Wales DC ? If he doesn’t display it there will be complaints. But if the children’s faces are seen , is KC putting A and L’s lives in danger ?
