I’m somewhat fascinated by the instagram following of Kate’s former stylist and personal assistant of 15 years.

Understandable to monitor fashion blogs like whatmeghanwore but what’s the interest in Heather Dorak or Daniel Martin?

She even followed Meghan and asever before hastily unfollowing - why hide now?

Perhaps part of her new luxury fashion consultancy is keeping tabs on in-laws friends and associates.

Why all the agitation that’s exactly what the numerous threads on this board are used for as an agenda of criticism towards Meghan. Don’t see why you are getting so worked up about it as it works both ways. Or is it the case no one can criticise the saintly Kate.

Criticism for actual actions and behaviour are different from invented criticism with the main purpose of slagging off someone to defend and lift another.

BigWillyLittleTodger · 12/07/2025 00:27

surely you don’t expect me to post every single example one by one, right?

Yes of course we do, if it’s so simple to find on the internet as you claim it will just take you a few seconds, dates so we can cross reference when a Kate copied Jecca, Meghan, Diana, Princess Anne, The Queen Mother……

myrtleWilson · 12/07/2025 05:50

Bless Sunnyfox and their ‘receipts’ - bit like when they alleged that a YouGov poll on RF members popularity had been devised by Camilla’s nephew. Said nephew had been a NED at YouGov (but not at time of poll) and non exec’s have no input into operational matters but ‘receipts’ innit!

Nagginthenag · 11/07/2025 22:31

And as I've pointed out several times, Kate has done the square root of bugger all to deserve the vilification.

Absolutely!

Duh…hmm…let me see…

Ooh - could it be that C just keeps on doing her job without fuss in the face of an online bullying campaign against her and serious illness, while Meghan, who started the campaign against her gets increasingly desperate in her quest for fame/notoriety, and is basically the gift that keeps on giving in terms of crazy stunts?

I’lll have to give this some serious thought.

Go ahead you do that I’m sure we all know what the outcome will be.

fredscat · 12/07/2025 07:55

when did Meghan start "the campaign" ?

I’m sure @CoffeeCantatahas the date in her diary and will be back soon to enlighten us all.

Very early on, actually. Back in February 2017 a story about Kate not offering Meghan a lift from Kensington Palace to the shops (positioned as Kate being snobby and unwelcoming) was published as a blind item on the Lainey Gossip website.

Elaine Lui lives in Toronto and runs Lainey gossip and at the time she worked with Ben Mulroney, Meghan's then-good friend Jessica Mulroney's husband - they were co-hosts on a tv show called e-talk. At the time the blind was published, Elaine Lui and the Mulroney's were in the same circle as Meghan (there's a photo of them all out at a big dinner together, too). At the time the blind was published, Meghan and Harry had been in a relationship for 6 months, and it had been public since November 2016.

Anyway, given the fact that the information came from someone on the inside at Kensington Palace, and was revealed via Toronto-based Lainey gossip, the most likely source of the information would have been Meghan herself. Omid Scobie repeated the story in Finding Freedom (confirming it related to Kate) which we know Meghan briefed him on directly, so the story definitely came from Meghan.

Unless Catherine starts wearing multitudes of beige and too long baggy trousers, I fail to see how she is copying Meghan 🤷‍♀️ .

and all crumpled with sweat stains

wordler · 11/07/2025 22:58

@LaMarschallin LOL sorry! Missed the sarcasm!

Edited

Ah, don't worry.
I was oblivious and thought you were being sarcastic back 😄

I don’t read their posts

So you are just operating in your own little vacuum or echo chamber ? Limits the " value" of your contribution then .

fredscat · 12/07/2025 09:23

nothing wrong with my contribution. just because i don't see the point of comparing K &M clothes choices.

PigeonDress · 12/07/2025 09:32

And yet the hate campaign against Catherine has found new fuel based on the SM of her stylist, and here's a thread from a self proclaimed Sussex Stan to prove it. So there is every reason for those of us who think Catherine has been vilified and targeted for absolutely nothing, to point out that the copying allegations are founded in nothing but a few twisted minds.

That's not what you said. You said you don't read all the posts on the thread thereby limiting the value of your comments.

myrtleWilson · 12/07/2025 10:01

So, @Serenster has provided an answer to your question @fredscat but you have declared you don’t read Serenster’s post (how, do you shut your eyes and scroll past?)

Anyhow, as you asked the question, I’ll paraphrase Serenster’s response so you can open your eyes again. Serenster reminded us of the story that Kate snubbed Meghan early doors by not taking her shopping. This story appeared in public domain on gossip site which was run by a friend of Meghan’s. Story was also repeated in FF, authored of course all by himself with no input from Meghan, by the great scribe of our time, Omid.

Thedom · 12/07/2025 10:13

I am not a 'Kate-hater' and I think her clothes are often uninteresting and boring, so I think it's not a bad thing at all this Natasha assistant is moving on. Is she even a trained stylist, I thought she was an assistant, who took on the role of stylist. I hope Catherine hires a stylist who can shake it up a bit, within the confines of her role.

That polka dot dress worn by Meghans wedding guest, is by a designer whose clothes have been worn by celebs long before Harry and Meghan even met, Catherine has made her even more famous by wearing several of her dresses.

This whole saga of who Natasha follows on Instagram is ridiculous, she probably came across all those people during the engagement and wedding of Harry and Meghan, possibly even met some of them in her role, maybe even had to liaise with some of them when Meghan was joining Catherine at RF events.

Maybe they are the ones who initially followed her and she wasn't interested enough to notice they were still connected. I follow some interior designers and often find follow request from other interior designers who I have never come across before, thats how Insta works.

I

And Lainey Lui, friend of Megan Markle, is closely linked to Celebitchy and supports Celebitchy by driving traffic to the celebitchy site.

Lainey Lui is also a longtime friend of Omid Scobie.

Lainey Lui also tries to destroy Catherine at every opportunity, and turns herself into knots trying to defend Meghan.

All very much 'Kate haters' and all of them are ultimate bullies, which Lainey Lui has admitted to, but hasn't changed.

You were around when all the 'Where's Kate' posters slunk off, no doubt embarrassed by their cruel posts about a woman, who it turned out, had cancer.

And there have been far more threads about Megahn there was one deleted abiutntylee perry being a godparent to her daughter and dragging her daughter into it. A child. On a parenting forum of all places. Thankfully it was deleted. As have many othee threads, for going to far. You are still trying to turn this into a competition well Kate had it worse or there was that one thread blah blah blah. Both women shouldn't be receiving the amount of nasty comments they do.

Its not well one had it worse than the other as though thay somehow justifies it. Who cares if one had it worse the bottom line is it shouldn't happen all.

NormaMajors1992coat · 12/07/2025 10:58

To be fair, I think at least some of the ‘who had it worse’ scenario comes from Harry and Meghan claiming that she had it worse! It’s a claim they keep repeating and one which like a lot of the stuff they say, doesn’t stand up awfully well to scrutiny. What with the manufactured headlines and deceptive footage used on the Oprah interview.

Indeed !
the who had it worse argument is also a rather ridiculous excuse to use to explain why slagging of Catherine is ok!
two wrongs don’t make a right.

Criticism for actual actions and behaviour are different from invented criticism with the main purpose of slagging off someone to defend and lift another.

The same can be said about those who constantly criticize Meghan. Just look at the Saint Meghan Markle sub, its honestly disturbing. They invent wild conspiracy theories, twist everything she does, and fuel a nonstop hate campaign. And let’s not forget how vile the Daily Mail comment sections were. At one point, that misogynistic hate was directed at Kate too, nbut after Meghan entered the picture and pushed back, suddenly all of it shifted toward Meghan, while Kate was oddly praised out of nowhere for breathing. It’s textbook misogyny just with a new target.

There were also horrific narratives claiming Meghan was never actually pregnant, racists attacking Harry for “betraying his race.” Some of these people were even arrested. Others, disturbingly, wished for violence, some Kate fans online talking about “opening Meghan’s belly,” people stalking her home, and British journalists suggesting she should be lynched or thrown off a balcony. And of course, the racist abuse directed at her son calling him a monkey was beyond vile.

Kate hasn’t had it easy either, but it’s undeniable that Meghan gets it far worse. On top of the misogyny, she also faces relentless racism and xenophobia, amplified by the media. It’s not just unfair it’s dehumanizing. No one deserved that.
