Or perhaps stay on friendly terms in case Meghan and Harry reveal how they were arm twisted into giving the interview and how words were planted in their mouths.

I take claims that Oprah has had footage of the interview removed from the internet with a big truckload of salt.

Plenty of media companies are very protective of their content - they want you to access it through their own distribution channel (the International Olympic Committee, for example, which is zealous in removing unauthorised footage from YouTube, where they have their own account), or so you have to come to them and pay of you want access to the footage.

There are plenty of extracts on YouTube, just not the full interview. Harpo could well be making sure that the full interviews is only accessible through them - that would be sensible guardianship of their intellectual property rights.

I believe Oprah knows the value of playing the long game. She knows a divorce is always a possibility and wants first dibs on a post divorce interview.

Whilst I don’t hope they divorce , I am pretty sure that Royal lawyers will ensure that any settlement will be tied in with very strict conditions so Meghan may not be able to blab . Of course the ultimate punishment would be the removal of her title and she will fight tooth and nail to keep that!

Meghan holds no titles in her own right. The only way to remove her titles would be to remove Harry's.

I've seen photos where Catherine did acknowledge M at that polo match and seemed to be inviting her to join them, with M declining.

I just watched the podcast with the Emma woman - watching along with the Sidley Twins. Boy, can Meghan talk . And she is so completely conceited. It’s just extraordinary when you see her in action. She’s so pompous about “her business” which is merely licensing and is certainly not a grass-roots hard graft endeavour. She really has a brass neck.

I was listening to Rebecca English today who was talking about the bullying report and apparently there are people involved who should have been interviewed who were not and they don’t know why, sounds to me as though the Palace went through the motions of an investigation but that’s it, I suspect if it was released Meghan would still be protected by the Palace.
