So they are showing faces now, how long until they are including them in everything, showing them fully.
I feel like this is a bit desperate now. It was their last card to play, the children. They’re trying anything now for attention, what do they have left, showing private videos of them after all the criticism about the Wales children being on display.
One thing about them is they always surprise me.

I didn't know schmaltzy videos of the Wales kids was a requirement. Their choice to do that. Same as it's harry and Meghan's choice to put out what they do

Why do we have to see the children because they will be Princess Royal or whatever, that's a bizarre reason. They are used as props when necessary

When he gave his recent interview it occurred to me that he doesn't actually know what a non royal life is like. He chose to leave but never in a million years thought that would mean no security, status or funding. That's what I think he's getting at when he talks about being born in a certain position as if it was a fixed event, not realising that the position is fluid depending on the degree to which you represent the institution.

I think you're right, @MrsLeonFarrell . He really is so arrogant and entitled. He obviously thought it would all continue, he just wouldn't have to be part of the institution.

If she wants to be successful she needs to stop making comments that give the press a chance to rehash everything she is trying to leave behind.

Megs absolutely dripping in smugness in that clip. You can see exactly how she probably treats her staff: haughty, stuck up, self righteous, mean girl, just from her attitude in that clip.

Which endless schmalzy videos? The one in the woods was when they announced the end of Catherine’s cancer treatment (so no bad news deflection there) and the jumping off the sand dunes was a series of photos iirc for… Father’s Day 🤔

You can see the presenter trying to give her an out. Trying to help her out by asking that question- and Megs spaffs the goodwill up the wall and retorts with such a nasty attitude. You can even see when she’s about to lie- she always closes her eyes.

The irony of this exclusive coming from VF, who did an expose on her in Jan, revealing her to be a bullying tyrant. Are they telling the truth meg? If not, why didn’t you sue?

If I were M&H I wouldn't feature my children at all. One of my DC attends a school where some pretty famous people's children attend and I have no idea what the children look like as they are never used by their parents in their social media.

I feel but maybe wrong that the press don't show faces of children if their parents haven't used them in the media. So I know what the Beckham children look like as they are always on instagram etc but as some one else mentioned - I wouldn't know a Clooney child from Adam.

Do you think the clothes featured will be very ‘British’ ie the kind of things cousin Charlotte might be seen wearing?

It is the new narrative being deployed...snide remarks with a big dose of whataboutism.

It is quite the choice to describe two short videos of the Wales kids, one for a milestone anniversary and another celebrating that their mom had completed cancer treatment as "schmalzy" and videos of the Sussex kids as "sweet" and "cute".

But, as ever, the super supporters keep exploring new lows.

Meghan should apply that standard to herself. It was her lies to the UK court that led to her being criticised by the judge, after all. That rather impacted her public perception….

(not to mention the South Africans who danced in the streets at her wedding, the pilot who knelt gratefully at her feet to thank her for her service, the wedding that happened three days before the big day, the telling Oprah that it was “a safe assumption” that Archie hadn’t been made a Prince because of concerns about the colour of his skin, the fact that 40 photographers would be snapping photos of her children every day if they went to school in the UK, that the Palace took away her car keys and passports to control her… her long list of being a hypocrite also doesn’t help)

You mean Catherine’s celebrating the end of her cancer treatment? That schmaltzy video? and the kids are not used as props as you well know, they will have huge public roles representing the United Kingdom and are being slowly prepared for that, how odd you think it’s bizarre that William and Catherine are preparing them for that yet you applaud and defend Meghan and Harry for schilling their kids on social media for…..no reason whatsoever but to line Meghan and Harry’s own pockets. I know which kids the props are and it certainly isn’t the Wales children, but you know that really.

Also, we know from Meghan and Harry’s trip to the school in Harlem that they ask people coming in contact with them to sign NDAs prohibiting from saying anything negative, and requiring any statement, even if positive, to be pre-vetted before use.

So it doesn’t sound like Meghan wants people to tell the truth. It suggests she can’t handle the truth, in fact.

Absolutely correct. One video, after the hideous torture the SS put Catherine and her family through during her operation and subsequent cancer diagnosis. To me that was a mixture of myth-busting all the crap and lies told about them (DV, divorce, traumatised kids etc), together with a celebration that she came though her treatment, which I would not criticise any cancer or other serious illness survivor for doing, let alone call it schmaltzy - how vile!

And yes, the still pics on the sand-dune were Father's Day pics last year, and rather fun. Again, after the year they had all had at the time of those pics, to belittle them to support the Sussexes is just basement dweller stuff.
