So they are showing faces now, how long until they are including them in everything, showing them fully.
I feel like this is a bit desperate now. It was their last card to play, the children. They’re trying anything now for attention, what do they have left, showing private videos of them after all the criticism about the Wales children being on display.
One thing about them is they always surprise me.

I wonder if that is where Lady Louise worked for a while before going to Uni

No she worked in a garden centre near Bagshot where Sophie and Edward live.

They can win by stopping the lying and the desperate attempts to say relevant

yet when they go quiet......there will be a thread "where's Meghan?"

Yes, that always happens

I haven’t heard the podcast but from Emma’s accent I assume she came from pretty modest beginnings. Her wiki page states she’s biracial and was raised in a single parent household. So she might be quite an inspiration to Meghan who had a similar start in life, but has yet to make an impact in business on her own account.

Yes, she discusses growing up in East London, I think, has 4 sisters and raised by their mum. Her interview with Goop was excellent and surprisingly Gwyneth was a great interviewer in that particular podcast. Emma's own podcast interview style is not so good, but as an interviewee she is great. I have seen her being interviewed several times on other podcasts in the run up to the launch of her own podcast,

Emma saying she’s surprised that meghan doesn’t think about failure of the business

Words · 17/06/2025 09:36

.

AtIusvue · 17/06/2025 09:39

Emma asking- what is it about you that you don’t feel imposter syndrome and don’t worry that Youll fail. When it’s so common with business owners.

Meg: she ‘doesn’t indulge in language that is self limiting’

Shes is another level of deluded.

Megs saying she doesn’t have imposter syndrome- because that means posturing that you know everything and she doesn’t do that.

😂

Eh? What’s she on about?

This is bizarre when she is so obviously riddled with insecurity.

AtIusvue · 17/06/2025 09:49

Meg thinks she’s been lied about. Serena’s advice to her is ‘ a lie can’t live forever’ ……but Meg then says well it’s 8 years along.

So she’s smarting because she thinks people don’t like her because in 2017 someone lied about her???!?

She’s off her rocker.

BunnyLake · 17/06/2025 09:51

AtIusvue · 17/06/2025 09:19

Emma: the rates of failure for first time entrepreneurs is huge, do you think about failing?

Meg: ‘no I don it think about failure’ she says quite sternly.

Meg is just so conceited. She doesn’t get the presenter is trying her best to make her look relatable and real.

If she thought about failure she’d have no room left to think about anything else.

I agree, she’s supposed to be showing how human and relatable she is, but her pre-programmed responses just can’t compute.

AtIusvue · 17/06/2025 09:54

Emma: how do walk the line of having your own narrative and feeding the frenzy, because when you have a business you need to go out and promote

Meg: cos I have boundaries and authenticity

eh Meg, I think those boundaries around your kids privacy have already gone bevause you’ve got jam jars to shift. So authentic of you.

NormaMajors1992coat · 17/06/2025 09:54

RandyRedHumpback · 17/06/2025 09:47

Um, no it doesn't!

Maybe she thinks imposter = I’m-postur-ing that I know everything.

Reminds me of the PP thinking that in the public interest was the same as people being interested in something.

NormaMajors1992coat · 17/06/2025 09:56

@AtIusvue This is just as good as your WLM commentary btw, please keep it up 👏👏

Vespanest · 17/06/2025 09:57

the two messages Meghan is pushing create a jarring effect. On one PR push is the portrayal of a soon to be billion pound business that is so popular it's impossible to keep stocked. The other is the authenticity push through social media, the over sharing and mostly the use of their children which screams desperation especially because of Harry's views and experiences. I'd argue Authenticity is usually what others say about you, not really a self compliment

AtIusvue · 17/06/2025 10:00

Emma: Do you look at insta as being a business tool?

Meg: no not for my personal account

Emma: ‘Really!!!’

meg: for my personal account, no

Emma: well that’s the one we are all following

THE BURN 💀

Megs says she started the As ever company- because the jam she gave out to friends as holiday gifts, loads of her friends then texted her to say ‘I don’t know what it is, but your jams just make me so happy’ - so she started a business

She. Is. Fucking. Insane

Her friends also told her she should turn that stupid poem about Harry into a book (Voila! The Bench🙄).

She repeats this tactic of saying friends told her to (sell jam, write a book, make Netflix deals etc) so as not to point the finger at themselves that these hairbrained ideas came from her and Harry.

Hoolahoophop · 17/06/2025 10:07

I work with a lot of business owners. I was chatting to a recently made director recently. I speak often to people who have made it and people who have failed.

The people I would want at the top are the ones that question themselves, their ability and have a healthy fear of failure. They are the ones most likely to respect the views of others, ask questions, be cautious in their risk taking and ultimately be the best to work with and the most likely to succeed. Its the ones who are reluctant leaders I find most easy to work with, the ones who got to that position because they are good at what they do, have gained experience and respect. Not the ones who are leaders because they wanted to be leaders, not really caring what they are leaders of.

AtIusvue · 17/06/2025 10:08

Meg talking about merching lilis dresses with the Shopmy page. That just loving and excitement so thats fine for her to make cash off it.

I don’t think he has anything of note for a second book. Empty threats, like Meghan and her secret diaries

Ah, now I disagree.

I think there's plenty but he's just not desperate enough to dare yet especially given he's likely to find it harder to tout and trouser far less.

I also think Rachel has plenty of dirt - not so much on the RF but certainly on her husband and is keeping it on the back-burner.

AtIusvue · 17/06/2025 10:10

Meg avoiding all talk of Archewell productions and brings it back to her brand.

very telling

It’s her way of telling the public “look other people think I’m wonderful. They’re the ones who tell me I should do this, that and the other”. So inauthentic
