I've embarrassed for Meghan saying that her arranging takeaway food on a plate is the same thing as what Figs Heather Hasson has done 😬

I've developed a strong and completely irrational hatred for the word vitriol since reading these threads!

I wouldn’t be at all surprised to learn that Liz Jones and Sarah Vine (and other columnists) lurk or post on Mumsnet.

Especially when it's misused!

Apparently in Dec 2022 Sarah Vine also mentioned the moonbump in her review of the Netflix trailer. She was not sued.

Her ex-husband (Michael Gove) was the minister in charge of the Duchy of Lancaster for awhile so would have been privy to lots of information.

I don’t know why the moonbump even an issue, I’d think of it as akin to an old fashioned slip or petticoat, worn to make the garment hang better. Listen to me sounding like a Victorian costumier!

Meghan brought her pregnancy up by posting pictures of her naked baby bump and pregnancy scan for the world to see, so she will attract comment which no doubt will have been her intention.

I disagree - there were many threads which were titled 'a nice thread about MM...' 'MM out and about part 5/6/7...' etc Each of her initiatives and trips had a separate positive thread with many positive followers - where have they gone and why hasnt this happened for WLM, As Ever, Anniversary Mood Board etc?

Did you forget that it was MM herself who brought up her pregnancy - as she posted new photos of her pregnant belly and baby scan this week -- cleary she wanted this seen and discussed even if you dont - its topical and current discussion due to MM posting new photos.

Its also disinformation / disingenuous of you to not acknowledge that the surrogacy posts were reported, deleted and unanimously derided by everyone on this thread.

One of the arguments used in the past by Meghan fans are things like " why did you not post about Catherine launching a ship ?" Blah blah = you must not really be interested. The same goes in reverse. Why are there no positive posts about Megan anymore? The harsh reality is sinking in.

It’s now obvious that any desire for privacy and “living their best life” in California is completely and utterly trumped by the desperate need to be newsworthy. Hypocrites As Ever!

That mood board - every picture designed to attract comment. Daily Instagram posts, photos of the backs of their children, “spotted at concert” pictures - it’s embarrassing and at the level of a former Love Island contestant gripping onto the Daily Mail sidebar for dear life.

Of course she does, you're absolutely right@Knakeredd . That mood board sharing was deliberate. To get the clicks and headlines, to get people talking.

She's a mid level influencer with a fancy title. I really hope this is making her happy, and I mean that genuinely. I find Harry entitled and whiny but I always feel Meghan is trying her hardest to make the money they need for the lifestyle they want. If nothing else she works hard for what she wants.
