I think it would have been a good idea for William to attend- both as next head of the Church of England and heir to the throne.

I thought W&K had already said they were not going, so doubt it was anything to do with PA being there.
PA has every right to go to church(although I would question if he is so keen does he go every week) but the knew they would be photographed and it would be reported on. so why could he not have gone elsewhere.
