Delusional as ever. He claims it was the RF removing his security to trap him. Completely disregarding that the RF have no say over such matters and its an issue for the Home Secretary/RAVEC.

Imagine what must go on in his mind. Stay away from drugs kids.

‘He suggested that he would find it hard to forgive his treatment and added that his “worst fears have been confirmed” by secret evidence he had heard in court.
The Duke believes his taxpayer-funded security was removed in a failed attempt force him to stay in Britain, after he announced they were stepping back from public duties and moving to the US.’

‘The Duke made clear that he will continue to fight for what he regards as justice, whatever the outcome of the case.
When he believes he has uncovered a wrong, he said, he is unable to let things lie and feels the need to “get under the bonnet and fix it”, adding that he was “driven by exposing injustice”’

And of course he’s been shocked by all the secrets revealed during the trial ….which of course he can’t tell you about. Convenient that?

You clearly didn’t see some of the awful comments TM would receive on social media, as do many of our politicians sadly. She was also a potential target for some pretty nasty terrorist organisations. Yet somehow she was able to get around without a four car motorcade, unlike MM the other night in Manhattan.

This. She got a lot of hate, some vile things on SM. I'm glad she's living a quiet life now
I wish others would.

I honestly think he's inherited his late mother's mental-health problems. It's sad. Both of them immensely privileged and yet two of the unhappiest people I've ever known in the public eye. For both of them, the depth of their misery relative to their circumstances is out of all proportion. I truly believe that Diana had that health issue and that Harry inherited it. No blame or shame whatsoever from me; it's an illness.

I know Diana had a bad marriage, but she had the resources to leave old Jug Ears and Horse Face to it and have a great life. There was no need for 16 years of utter misery. And there's no objective reason for Harry's deep, deep misery, either.

I suspect Meghan might have some MH issues, too. Most people and most media welcomed her warmly, but all she could see was the negative stuff from the gutter press, who no one listens to anyway. Harry and Meghan both focus intently on any small negative thing, even when surrounded by positive things. The RF gave her an amazing wedding, a title, clothes and jewellery worth thousands, and were quite prepared to give her an apt at Kensington Palace just as big as Kate and William's. But all she could see was that the Palace wouldn't respond to gutter-press sniping. And Harry was convinced that his brother was briefing the press against him, which I highly doubt.

It's all very sad.

Totally agree

Gosh! She's one of my faves. What does she look like in real life? How tall?

Very tall and stunning !

Oh good...more bile about Harry 🤦🏻‍♀️

Why don't you start a thread about the nonce/national traitor?

Feel free to do so .

"....his “worst fears have been confirmed” by secret evidence he had heard in court."

He would say that, wouldn't he?

I'm increasingly convinced that all this is to get IPP status and save $$$$ x millions a year on his bill in the US.

It's all about money and making him feel important by having security at the snap of his fingers. Jaunting round the world under the guise of doing 'charity' work like playing polo. Spoilt entitled brat

MayaKovskaya · 13/04/2025 07:02

I've put this on another thread, but the former Scotland Yard Head of Royal Protection has said that Harry's claims are "complete nonsense".

I don't think the 'rent a cop' argument holds water.

Do you remember The Bill? When they called in armed police officers the extras playing them were actual met fire arms officers.

Ultimately serving police officers can do what they want within reason in their spare time!

If Harry or anyone else paid for the police to do policing any officers used would be unlikely to be doing it in their spare time. They’d be rostered to do it….which would mean less police availability for the normal stuff

And is Harry actually saying he’d be happy to pay? I thought he wanted security providing as for other more senior royals which would mean him not paying?

MayaKovskaya · 13/04/2025 07:19

"The Bill" producers clarified that that was not the case, didn't they? All actors with pretend firearms.

Theresa May was mocked for things like running through a field of wheat. No famous person said she should be persuaded through the streets naked with people throwing faeces as her.

Quite. By a man who is a close friend apparently of Camilla and had just had a late night dinner with her before preparing that vile diatribe.

In the column, Clarkson wrote that he was "dreaming of the day when [Meghan] is made to parade naked through the streets of every town in Britain while crowds chant, 'Shame!' and throw lumps of excrement at her".

vera99 · 13/04/2025 08:01

The Dai Davies who is a gob for hire and trolls round the country doing after dinner speaking that one. He probably knows which side his bread is buttered on and spouts whatever line msot people and media wants to hear. Does the Official Secrets act not apply to him and does not divulging the 'secrets' of his protection role compromise current security ?

MayaKovskaya · 13/04/2025 08:02

Jeremy Clarkson is vile. Imagine even writing that about Meghan. I don't care if he was referencing some tv series. Who cares.
What a nasty, arrogant man.
This doesn't really have anything to do with Harry's case. It's assessed and put in place by experts. He would do well to leave it to them.

Jack Regan and some of the Sweeney would have done it for a bottle of good whisky and a suitcase of money.

MayaKovskaya · 13/04/2025 08:03

Well, @vera99 , I don't know if he "trolls around the country" or not.
It's a point of view. You obviously discount it. Some people may feel, in the light of Harry's behaviour and actions, that it holds validity.

Aye 2 cartons and his boss would have hauled him over the coals for going off piste ! Young folks won't get that I suspect. That said he would probably have been a total Royalist and have the same contempt for Harry that many have here.So would have said "Naah - he can take care of himself - he's made his bed he can bloody well lie in it."

That means he wasn't a royalist, surely?
It's the die hard Royalists who support Harry, because he's a royal duke. Judge him for his actions and behaviour, not allow his poor actions because he's a prince.

That was disgraceful and posters said so at the time.

There's a surprise. Not. Everybody in the royal family and connected with it must be thoroughly sick of them. They've left. That should be the end of it. Not all this tantrumming, suing and publicity seeking.

This. I never understand why republicans claim Harry as a mascot. He wants all the trappings of royalty without the work.

Lisapieces · 13/04/2025 08:19

I think that there is a context in this for Harry. I have very mixed feelings for him because of that.

All of his young life it was drilled into him that his security was super duper important because he was a high value target. The problem for him has been accepting that when he backed out of the RF and his father and brother could not care less about him that he became semi irrelevant and his level of threat is much different. He still feels he is a high value target, he really isn’t because if you were a country/person who was an enemy of the British state Harry and Meghan are the gift that keep on giving.

The real issue for Harry is that his family is so dysfunctional. They are all, including Harry, seriously emotionally stunted and that has really affected Harry who is very sensitive like his mother whereas the rest of them are classic avoidants who don’t do emotions or emotional people.

I know. I just can't figure it. Lots of criticism of William and Kate, fair enough. Then why laud Harry so much? He's the worst kind of royal, surely, with his entitlement and arrogance and clinging on to privilege and titles, but not willing to work for them.
Harry is certainly no republican!
