The fan merch can be anything. The next drop will probably be homewares. Just more white labelling goods. She’s not developing these products, she just selling any old tat knowing the Sussex squad will buy anything she tells them to.

The lack of stock isn’t baffling. It’s built in to the I influencer model of merchandising. It’s what Kyle Jenner does for her make up business. Short supply, limited edition. Make you fans buy more, even if they can’t afford it.
