I've woken up annoyed at the 'don't work too hard Mama' comment.

I really cringe at a memory of telling my father he spent too much time at work. I was about 5 and had totally picked it up from my mother who was always complaining that he was never home.
Children don't perceive their parents as "working too hard" at that age - M&D are just doing their parent-y thing as far as kids are concerned - unless they're told about it. Repeatedly.

I'm another one who thinks the level of bullying and bashing Meghan receives on here is pretty pathetic. Justify it in your minds however you like. But the same posters will no doubt be posting on social media about mental health awareness and being kind. Absolute hypocrites.

Admittedly I've never paid much atttention to the royal family, so haven't been brainwashed to join the media propaganda against her like so many clearly have. Anytime I've seen an article I've thought 'not that interested in this' and happily scrolled on. Hence, I just view her as another celeb to be neither vilified or admired.

Inadvertently clicked on the link to this thread as was curious to what 'two stunt lemons' meant and quickly realised it was another Mean Girls style thread where PP can connect through their hatred of someone.

So many of the comments such as slagging off a simple rainbow desert made for DC are just nasty and petty. Again justify it in your mind however you wish, but it's just childish pathetic bullying behaviour at the end of the day.

Just listened to the bit on Radio 4, they go giggle a lot but it struck me that world news is dire at the moment so I'm sure they welcomed a bit of light relief and a giggle at something that doesn't matter and is all a bit basic.

My kids would presume I was catching up with the news/ texting friends/ ordering on amazon not working if I had my phone in bed or on the sofa.

Well I’m not a Meghan fan.

I haven’t put any money her way or watched any of her output (netflix shows, oprah etc) but I do post on threads on MN about her sometimes (and I don’t think that is generating income for her).

It’s because she’s Harry’s wife and I have seen Harry grow up, thought he was a great guy (yeah, I know better now) and he chose a doozy (might be the wrong word, it’s not a compliment) (but then so did she). If she was behaving like this while still married to Trevor no one would be interested. Even though I can’t stand him anymore, it’s him that has made her a focus, not her. I’m still in that ‘how did Harry make such an almighty blooper as this’ phase. As an individual in her own right I find her very boring, I ff or switch off when she speaks (can’t stand that vocal fry). So i think the people who accuse non fans as being fans are wrong in a lot of cases.

She’s pointing out at the tea party where she has lots of flowers, that it can all be affordable and you can pick up flowers at the supermarket. Cut to a close of ranunculus flowers …Which you certainly cannot get in the supermarkets here (maybe different in Cali) but they are also very expensive
