Because you say so? Who gets to be the one to decide what she does or doesn't do when it comes to her business?

I mean, I could do a video announcing that I'm in partnership with Heinz to sell inter galactic missiles, but I'd just look a bit stupid when I haven't actually got any missiles to sell yet and I haven't got around to trademarking my new brand Whatevs.

Would you have a nice name for your missile company though? That's all that's needed apparently

I do try not to engage, but just feel that I should yet again point out, as others have, when you talk about these threads being a blot on MN and the worstest ever threads in the history of the internet, the ones about Kate (PoW) that many of us will remember from less than a year ago. Some of the content was allowed to stand for a very long time

The ones where apparently Kate was faking illness/a victim of DV from William/had had botched cosmetic surgery/was taken in dead of night to cover up one or more of these things, in an evil plot by the RF. A good many of these posts were made by people openly supportive of the Sussexes. As we now know she was having cancer treatment.

Does that give anyone a bit of a sense of proportion about those criticising the seemingly nonexistent business plans of M&H?

Of course she can do whatever she wants, stand on her head while singing a song... but if she wants people to buy something she needs to deal with the practicalities of product, marketing and sales.

Has she been taking business advice from Del Boy ? Mind you , he did at least have stuff to sell.

Again it's up to her to move her business forward why you're so bothered about the fact she hasn't and criticise her foe not moving her business forward. Why does it matter so much to you whether she has her business up and running? You won't be buying so again why do you care?

Well i think its interesting to find out why people who won't be a customer are so bothered about why her businesses aren't up and running and criticising her for it. If you aren't going to shop there why do you care if she hasn't moved her business along? 🤔

The clothing brand whose name she 'stole', don't appear to be too enamoured with their newfound fame, they posted this message to their Instagram stories.

Feel awful for them really, small brand who are unlikely to have the funds to take on a legal fight for their brand name..

If Meghan “ stole” the name does that mean she won’t be able to TM it ?

Well, if she doesn't move it forward she is going to look very silly indeed, which I'm sure is not what she is aiming for. She has already launched once with no product, if she thinks it's a good idea to rinse and repeat then she really shouldn't be going down this road at all.

Of course, it's completely up to her and if she wants to be taken seriously.

I really don't know how it works, will be interesting to see how it unfolds. Between the copycat brand name and the copycat logo, it appears to be a right blunder.

Meghan is entitled to make poor decision after poor decision and we are entitled to comment on this.

I wonder if Meghan reads all the stuff written about her on the internet , I'm pretty sure she does. She must have seen that there are people commenting that there's already a small business with the name As Always, I'd feel terrible if it were me. Mind you, a simple Google would have shown this, if she could have been bothered ,when deciding on a new name.

This is something to care about. A small, independent business struggling in the midst of this debacle.

There is always the possibility she did know it existed, liked the name and decided 'fuck it,that;s the name I want so I am having it," knowing they are a small family business with no ability to fight for their brand name. Or she discovered it when doing due diligence for her trademark and decided "fuck it, that's the name I want so I am having it, they never bothered to trademark it for the 10 years they ran their small family business"
