In a report I read on the children’s book reading yesterday ( the one with the bizarre budgie smugglers interlude) she apparently told some of the adults how much she was missing her children. So why didn’t she bring them with her? 🤷‍♀️

I wonder if the two of them really get on each others nerves. They rarely do anything separately and he is completely estranged from his family

@Herbologistinwaiting what occurred to me is the fact they have always been so big on the PDAs (far too big) means that they are now in a situation where they can't stop, because if they do there would be all kinds of speculation that "something was wrong". Also, any expression that doesn't appear to show unalloyed adoration of the other is magnified. The ante of all this has been thoroughly upped this last few days though, as we've seen.

That’s almost half of the cost of the whole of Catherine’s Caribbean tour clothes (new purchases). That’s obscene for a charity foundation based event. And not to be frivolous but I can’t even remember one outfit of hers at this current game, everything is so plain, there’s definitely no need to pay so much for such plain boring pieces.

She could even have one tailored to have it fitted and wear it as a look with various accessories and outfits. (Not elevate it by putting mint on it!)

Famous people's children seem different.
Eg their mothers all seem to lose pregnancy weight by running around after them - usually when said child is about 6 months. So they must be very vigorous.

But, surely, no one can do those lunch boxes and milkshakes like Mom?
And who will sensitively answer Archie's innocent little questions about why Papa's on the phone and what landmines are?
You've got to hope the children hear conversations about something other than Invictus, landmines and grandma Diana.

Although now they can ask: Where are Mom and Papa?", "When are they coming home?", "Will there be another photographer snapping us running joyfully into their arms for publicity on a corporate Christmas card?" and Where's the Bahamas where they're apparently soon going without us (again)?".

I was wondering how the camera and more importantly the microphone picked up the conversation about Archie. A cameraman sat the row infront in a stadium. Why would it even be there. It appears every move is orchestrated for maximum publicity. No wonder the CEO left Invictus last year. Invictus appears to now be a celebration of Harry and meghan with the veterans as guests, not even guests of honour. No wonder Germany decided to start their own.

I'm really hoping Tom Bower is there doing research on a new book on this pair and their rabid supporters.

There's a few pictures of them both interacting with children and of course the story/budgie smuggler episode, it would have been so nice for their children to have been part of it all.

Celebrities often have multiple nannies because they travel overseas and one person can’t do like a week without breaks. Some have one nanny per child at all times so they get one on one attention.

You've got to hope the children hear conversations about something other than Invictus, landmines and grandma Diana.

I knew someone once who was a classic narcissist in the Meghan mould. She was ultra performative in public, nicey-nicey and gushing to a cringey degree. But...get her on her own (especially if you were someone she didn't particularly rate) and she could only be described as a cow of the highest order (sorry, cows!). She was horribly grumpy, spiteful and angry when there was no-one - or in the case of Meghan, a camera - to impress!

Hmmm...I wonder if that's what life with Meghan is like for Harry nowadays, and for other menials who don't come up to her crazy expectations or make her dreams for her own aggrandisement come true?

Absolutely! H&M are making a mockery of the IVG and I suspect the arhletes feel very let down by them. I suspect the seats are 90% empty because properly know it's going to be MM making it all about herself, and she truly is - it's become a joke!
