The people she doesn’t drop and really should are her Sussex Squad. Here she is with her favourite squaddie behind her, Peace Adetoro. She always travels with them and is one of the leaders of Meghan’s sewer squad.

This picture needs to be brought out every time their supporters claim they’ve never heard of the SS, not only is Meghan a bully to her staff on both sides of the Atlantic but is the figurehead of an online troll site who literally destroy lives, Meghan is despicable she really is.

Hope those pants are thermal. It was minus 16 degrees in Whistler last night. I really don't want to have to hear about Todgergate II.

I was mid banana when @veraswaistcoat posted that. There should be warnings, really 😂

veraswaistcoat · 10/02/2025 10:26

It's all beginning to remind me of the Micky Flanagan girlfriend story. " Moodswings in the front garden"

CoffeeCantata · 10/02/2025 10:27

I'm not one of those who a) thinks the children don't exist or b) bangs on about 'let us see them!'. I have no interest in these (poor) children beyond wishing the best for them in unpromising circumstances.

But if Meghan and Harry are so famously determined to keep them out of the public eye then they should stop referencing them in speeches etc. You can't have it both ways. You can't expect us either to believe in, or to care about your family life if you make such a meal of keeping it top secret. And it's utterly irrelevant to Invictus.

And now I hear that Harry is determined to 'pass on the legacy of Invictus to Archie'. Well - where to start with this? Firstly - it's a bit sexist to leave it to Archie. What about Lili? Secondly - how ridiculously pompous and presumptious! This is what the RF do, and in their role it's perfectly reasonable. But Harry is no longer in that situation and despite what he'd like us to believe, Invictus does not belong to him. He can't dictate that it will pass on to his son - he's in the US now where royal blood and heredity doesn't mean a thing.

I would like to hope that by the time Archie is in his 30s there won't be a need for Invictus because there will be no more wars. Ha ha. I know, but if only....

These two are reaching the point where you couldn't satirise them - their behaviour is already more ridiculous than fiction.

FenellaFeldman · 10/02/2025 10:42

Oh my god. We're surely not going to have another Todger reference and use of Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream 🤢.
Note: for those who say it's made up by the British press, or that some of us can't fathom bias - that story comes directly from Harry's book "Spare".

Herbologistinwaiting · 10/02/2025 10:46

The sense I get is that they are both living in a bubble, completely in their own heads. In Harry's mind he's still a quasi Royal dispensing goodwill and condescension. He thinks he can pass his patronages to his son who will never have experience in the military . Why on earth would he be a good choice to lead Invictus, which doesn't even belong to Harry!

Goodness knows what goes on in their heads, but it bears no relationship with reality. That photo of the SS member sitting behind Harry is chilling. It's like Wallis and David with the Nazi party all over again.

FenellaFeldman · 10/02/2025 10:47

I agree, @CoffeeCantata , they are almost beyond satire.
Pass it on to Archie? The principle of Hereditary titles and privileges, of course. That's what the Sussexes believe in, though. They're very Royal. Their children are Royal. So Invictus can't go to someone chosen on merit. It has to be Prince Archie. (Not even Princess Lilibet Diana).

BunnyLake · 10/02/2025 09:56

I will check your link out. I’ve just seen StickyStickySticky’s link and oh my goodness! You can see that the people around her are reacting to something moving and emotional and she’s behaving like she’s in the middle of a Hello!’ shoot.

I think that bit where he looks a bit tearful is when the chap with the bagpipes is playing. Reminds him of home? She's draped over him saying, 'there, there, honey'

Thedom · 10/02/2025 10:57

So Meghan is wearing a $3,000 Hermes puffer jacket, while everyone around her is wearing Invictus branded puffer jackets, including Harry.

The egotism and conceit is something to behold, it's no wonder so many people despise her.

What’s with the grinning?

I, and others, think she wants photos of her head on his shoulder because that’s what Catherine did with William. She does it again at a sports venue. She wants that shot and by heck she’s going to get it even if she has to velcro her head onto his shoulder 😁

And as I’ve said and will keep saying, Invictus isn’t Harry’s to pass on. It is a public entity, a UK registered charity. This is very different from a US charitable foundation. Harry has no more ownership of it than you or me.

Thedom · 10/02/2025 10:59

All he will be passing on to his son is an all expenses paid annual junket.

bunnibee · 10/02/2025 11:09

BunnyLake - 'what's with grinning'?

the hardfaced cow finds it funny.

Stickystickysticky · 10/02/2025 11:16

I used to have a colleague very similar to Meghan, a group of us would be talking about something sad , she would always join a conversation half way through and instead of just listening she would laugh or make an inappropriate comment until she realised none of us were laughing and then she would rearrange her face. If someone told a story about themselves she would repeat it to someone else but as if it happened to her , or she would recount an incident that was so far fetched we would all just stand with raised eyebrows.
