6 black audis ,blues and twos, plus 2 white vans , speeding along the A149 towards King's Lynn away from Sandringham. Blocking junctions. I'm not sure if Charles is in residence at Sandringham. Something seems amiss.

I work for one of the emergency services and people on social media are constantly speculating about things we do. They are almost always wrong. I really wouldn’t read anything into it. It could be a training exercise or any number of situations unrelated to the royal family.

That did make me laugh! Audis are beloved of quite a few tv dramas!

Mumsnet is even better as any speculation around the Royals, occasionally a politician, someone pitches up to assure us their husband is very high up in Armed Forces/Civil Service/"organisation I can't name but I think letters and numbers". They then assure us that there will be a special announcement tomorrow and that X person died at the weekend but it was kept quiet for political reasons or not to detract from a sports event or memorial something. So it's top secret apart from her husband telling her and her hint hinting on here.

Yep, I’ve seen all of them, many times over the years. I’m surprised that local people still keep quiet about where & when they see them, especially with so many new people moving into the area & camera phones/social media. My family have lots of stories from seeing & talking to them over the years. They’re not just there over Christmas.

I think that was up in Balmoral ? Yes he came across as being very personable, in a total toff meets common folk type of way, discussed the weather/midges/landscape ?

Seen them loads. We're in Ingoldisthorpe. Used to see the Queen quite regularly driving herself in her green landy. William and Kate in Hunstanton.

Why would you wish this on any

I mean I'm not that far away in that I live in north Norfolk.

And I have family in Kings lynn , and I go and visit kings lynn and the Sandringham area about once a month . We often go and walk around sandringham. And have a coffee there.

But I dont live in Sandringham area /kings lynn.

So unless they are there when I visit the area once a month, I don't see them.

You'd have to live very near there to see them really.
