6 black audis ,blues and twos, plus 2 white vans , speeding along the A149 towards King's Lynn away from Sandringham. Blocking junctions. I'm not sure if Charles is in residence at Sandringham. Something seems amiss.

What would you think if half of MN ie people who don't know you hoped that your DH dumped you and left your kids to go and live in another country.

I call the PoW Kate and I defy you to find one negative post I've made about her. Unfortunately there was comment on this board about her before she spoke about her cancer diagnosis that makes some of us very wary that all "speculation" is that and not in fact spreading some really awful rumours.

Call her Catherine 'these days' to fit her image of future queen. Do you also line up for days in the rain to wave little flags as they walk past while touching your hat and falling to your knees..sigh.

I'm so delighted to be paying taxes so that the lazy bunch can have endless special treatment. Police don't turn up for everyday crimes affecting normal people but somehow there are plenty spare to escort the royals here and there, on the days they choose to slum it on the roads and not take their helicopters.

I click on royal threads if they trend - it's like being in a time warp.Everyone saying exactly the same things. Same old same old. Idiotic meanness about Meghan and Harry, people going nuts about Kate/Catherine. Pointless speculation, condemnation and adulation.

A few weeks back my whole development looked like a major crime scene, passed multiple police vans just walking to coop and there were armed police officers on balconies and people (presumably special forces) in camo ... training exercise!

Apparently he's run away from LA and either dumped his 3 and 5 year olds with their unstable narcissist mother or possibly kidnapped them because they really belong to the King, or he's just let the air out of the blow up dolls!

All these rumours at the moment, whoever they are aimed at, are weird. Why are they even floating around, it's not as if there is a news vacuum, plenty of important stuff is happening in the world.

Discussed earlier in the thread. One poster said her DCs private school has already broken up. But theirs (which publishes term dates on its website) start half term next week.

Holt is nice. I bought some table mats from a very nice interiors shop from there and now realise that I’d accidentally spent a fortune in one of the most desirable brand names in Norfolk and have the hessian shopping bag to show off about my exceedingly good taste. I only went in because it was raining.
