Showing up to support her very close friend who lost her child and also the children’s hospital at an evening gala. What a friend to have in the Duchess. Meghan was glowing, fresh faced, wore minimal makeup, was confidant and smiley. She was well spoken and supportive of the evening fund raiser when interviewed. Show Up, Do Good. Yes, she always does. Loved her look too.

Amount of makeup is completely irrelevant to support of a friend

It must be hard seeing comments actually liking her and writing in more glowing terms than the usual comments on here that seem dragged out of a sewer.

It’s easy. If you don’t like her leave the positive threads alone. It only shows yourself up if some people are so obsessed with dissing her that they see everything through their lens of dislike so cannot say anything nice or pleasant nor stand to see Meghan positivity.

I’m sorry to break it to you OP, but she is wearing tons of makeup.

She is a beautiful woman, but I see foundation, bronzer, blusher, eye liner and two eyeshadows, mascara, lip liner and lipstick.

Minimal look makeup. I’m happy with that. It certainly isn’t pancake. She achieved it. I wish I was as good with an applicator. 😉

This. I don’t think about the Sussexes much but err just on the side of liking them, but she is barely recognisable as Rachel from Suits here - she must have had a lot of work done.

He did - from an ancient institution and an unsupportive brother. Visits to England are great but he now follows the sun.

Healthy marriages can afford time apart and they are both on individual paths whilst also having demonstrable shared interests.

Her era of joy commenced this year, as she stated herself a few outings ago. After all the crap she has taken it is good to see her fly…

She has lost weight - a lot - and is no longer in her twenties and early thirties.

I look very different now to my youth. No work done here either.

All of the above does not detract from a slender frame, rocking the dress, beautiful skin, amazing smile and soulful eyes. Yes, minimal makeup.

No, I just genuinely think she is lovely and I admire her. I’ve a few role models from yesteryear and in some ways she reminds me of them. I’m also a hugger and tend to see the world through rose tinted spectacles which is not always a good thing. I think she herself has had to remove her own since the tabloids laid into her.

I’m the same age as her, and so was also the same age as her watching Suits. I definitely look older than then, but definitely not as different as she does! Nor do any of my friends.

Damning with faint praise! I'll refer to myself from another thread, where I said: her hair looks like she didn't finish brushing and styling it here. Maybe the kids interrupted her. She does have lovely hair and it can look good worn up or down, but at this event it just looked messy and not in an artfully messy way.

Really have not seen much "joy" coming from her let alone enough to equal an era.

Not necessarily. If there are comments saying why post the positive thread or statements saying that they wish they didn’t click and then they write this it is rather weird, no? By all means expressing a comment on the topic is fine but just writing comments aimed at someone writing a positive piece is something unnecessary and unkind.

I see Meghan as far from perfect but not guilty of many of the things said about her.
