Inspired by @Ladypenelopeforever ‘s post.

I find that William is photogenic and this is one of the best photos (albeit not candid) of him in a while.

What do you see? For me, I see humour about his lips and the faraway look in his eyes has a touch of sadness. Overall, the Prince has gravitas, he does not need the red folder to signal that. There is also a reddish blush to his skin. Either he caught the sun during the D Day commemoration or he is blushing for some reason

I presume he's just not that bothered about losing his hair - after all, both he and Kate have joked about it in public.
I find that attitude far more attractive than trying out hair plugs and/or drugs which may or may not work.
For the PP who was wondering about first class on the train, it's not that special. I used to occasionally take my DDs on 1st for a shopping trip and they used to get excited about the free snacks and 1st class lounge. But they were little girls then and easily impressed.

He looks so much like his mother in this photo. I am a fan of bald men but I have to say it's shocking to see so many dismiss a man based on his hair. Imagine if a slew of men were to dismiss all of you based on the size of your bust. Usually you are all bleating about misogyny, the patriarchy and feminism.

I see a professional-looking young-middle-aged man sitting on a train, off to a formal work engagement.

I expect he feels personally under a lot of stress and pressure due to his father and wife being seriously ill, and having 3 youngsters to support through it all. Plus being in just about as high-profile a job as you can imagine and under everyone's scrutiny - some from kind, sympathetic people and some from mean people who enjoy finding fault. But I'm not claiming I can SEE all that from the pic.

I have no problem whatsoever with his lack of hair. ((Some posters on here sound awful!). He's a handsome guy, and has inherited his mother's bone structure and colouring.

First class on GWR is only slightly less grotty than standard class. (I upgrade most weeks.)

This both my BILs have had to embrace the baldness good on them.

As a female who has lost a lot of her hair (medication) and trying all sorts without much luck I have a lot of envy that men can embrace it.

It’s shit going bald and I’m really glad my dh isn’t as shallow as some on here.

I think he has very attractive features- eyes, mouth and colouring/complexion particularly- but I find his baldness hard to not notice. It wouldn't be a deal breaker for me though 🙂

You must live in a very different world to me. Most 40+ year men round here don't look like William. Do you live in Chelsea?

Harry is very concerned about William's baldness so is probably even more concerned about his own.
He'd look better if he shaved those bits of bum fluff he's got left off, imo.
But that's obviously the SS agenda now (and it's hard to believe that some of the childish user name's that have suddenly appeared aren't SS) - they've nothing but the fact that William has less hair than Harry.
However, afaics, William has so much more of everything else that matters.

I think I'll leave this thread alone now.
It was started for the single purpose of sniping at William and has attracted a lot of unpleasant people.
Hopefully they'll all keep buzzing around here and one won't encounter them elsewhere.

Lol what a load of rubbish! A photographer has said to him' Look out of the window into the far distance' so he's done it, and someone has taken a photo! It's a posed shot. They did it a lot in my wedding pictures! I know people have different tastes, but handsome is pushing it! Funny how money and power act so much like beer goggles ( see also BoJo)
