I find that William is photogenic and this is one of the best photos (albeit not candid) of him in a while.

What do you see? For me, I see humour about his lips and the faraway look in his eyes has a touch of sadness. Overall, the Prince has gravitas, he does not need the red folder to signal that. There is also a reddish blush to his skin. Either he caught the sun during the D Day commemoration or he is blushing for some reason

It’s a quite nice photo of an average looking bloke who might or might not have the creative sense of kingship of his father or the sense of duty of his grandmother.

Certainly something about it, it's captured something, and he looks calm and healthy

I never understood why he didn’t get any treatment when it’s clearly obvious that male pattern baldness is hereditary. At the time, it was seen as a positive thing and was considered refreshing because he just shaved his head. But I think that hair makes a big difference especially when it shapes one’s face.
