So after days of so many of us saying it is not Catherine, and being screamed at, shut down and called ‘crazies’ and ‘trolls’ and all kinds of offensive names. It turns out we were right after all. It does not appear to be Cathrrine (no shock there for many of us) According to the producer that beamed this out across the world. Clearly unverified. Incredible that the news outlets just went along with it - no questions asked. What does that say about the quality of our journalism?

It was a huge gas lighting exercise.

So now we know we have one fake Mother’s Day photo and now one fake farm shop footage - it begs the question in a much more pressing way - where is Catherine? The stupid memes have to stop. This isn’t funny or anything to joke about.

No one can verify even a single shot ( I am discounting the photo of Pippa in the car with Carole, and someone’s head in the car turned away in windsor)

I don’t believe we are going to see Catherine this Easter or at any time soon. I don’t know where she is, or what has happened to her but I feel extremely worried for her.

I await Kensington Palace’s statement - it’s about time we learnt the truth. How can it be any worse than what has been speculated?

What will happen next? As this can not continue any longer.

I agree the farm pictures look nothing like her. Was it confirmed or denied that it was her?

i simply can’t fathom the hysteria around Kate. I feel really sorry for her and her family, this is horrific, the woman had abdominal surgery and some people have just lost the plot about it.

Seriously this whole thing is ridiculous now. Yesterday morning BBC news said KP had confirmed it was them. But not seen that on the news. But either way some cricketer whose child goes to the same school said he’s seen Kate almost every day. She’s alive and well and hasn’t ran off with someone’s husband, or whatever the latest rumour is. I don’t understand why people can’t leave her alone to recover from her surgery, she will be back to work in a couple of weeks. Will people then say it’s a body double? The guy that filmed it said yesterday on The Sun that it is her. He stood next to her and she spoke with many people.

KP have never said it was Kate and William at the farm shop.

A gossip site claimed they had footage of them at the farm shop and are now unsure if that footage is reliable and you think that KP owes you an explanation as if they are responsible for a lie.

The very idea that the royal family would go full batshit and plant a lookalike after the ridiculous furore over some insignificant tweaks to the mother's day pic is an idea that is utterly, completely ridiculous. This is way beyond conspiracy theory, this is proper paranoid and disordered thinking. People are genuinely losing their minds over this, and people like this TMZ guy are exploiting that for clicks.

Couldn’t you have added this to one of the many threads on this ridiculous subject op? Or, at least have given us peace and posted in the Royal Family topic. She is off until after Easter which has been recounted many times.

The minute the fake footage broke out into the public domain, Kensington Palace should have ensured the public knew it was not Catherine or William.

They were happy to make statements about the coma claims and other rumours but stayed silent on this, allowing it to be broadcast across the world without correction.

In their silence they were complicit, probably hopeful people would believe it (somehow) and for things to quieten down.

Why on earth didn’t KP set the record straight days ago?

Ifs not just a tiny gossip outfit running fake news, but major broadcasters paid for by the tax payers effectively misleading the country.

@Severalwhippets so we have a random couple shopping, terrible phone footage, various media outlets have broadcast it because it was billed as being Kate’s first outing.

How is a touched up photo fake?? You do know that every celebrity and most noncelebrity photos are in fact edited before they go on instagram etc??!! Are they also fake in your mind?
