So after days of so many of us saying it is not Catherine, and being screamed at, shut down and called ‘crazies’ and ‘trolls’ and all kinds of offensive names. It turns out we were right after all. It does not appear to be Cathrrine (no shock there for many of us) According to the producer that beamed this out across the world. Clearly unverified. Incredible that the news outlets just went along with it - no questions asked. What does that say about the quality of our journalism?

It was a huge gas lighting exercise.

So now we know we have one fake Mother’s Day photo and now one fake farm shop footage - it begs the question in a much more pressing way - where is Catherine? The stupid memes have to stop. This isn’t funny or anything to joke about.

No one can verify even a single shot ( I am discounting the photo of Pippa in the car with Carole, and someone’s head in the car turned away in windsor)

I don’t believe we are going to see Catherine this Easter or at any time soon. I don’t know where she is, or what has happened to her but I feel extremely worried for her.

I await Kensington Palace’s statement - it’s about time we learnt the truth. How can it be any worse than what has been speculated?

Imo the conspiracy here is inferring random unverified photos/footage of Kate are her when there’s no evidence.

But specifically in this case, repeated posts on a public forum calling someone lazy and work shy and on a gravy train might not tend to indicate a great affection being held for the subject.

I’m not sure someone who has spent their entire shift allegedly working for the NHS (who we also pay for, incidentally) spreading propaganda over the internet is in a position to judge just how much someone else is or isn’t working.

Where all this propaganda falls down is that people aren’t actually clinging to one story. There isn’t one consistent rumour about Kate, people don’t like that they don’t have access to her medical records, and so they’ve started inventing stories in the hope that one of them will stick. Except all of them have, and so by that definition:

Kate was in a coma, while William was fathering his second child with rose what’s her name, and then when Kate came out of the coma William killed her. Is that about the size of it?

I don’t work for the NHS, so that’s a strange assumption. Other hospitals do exist.

Secondly, whilst I think I have already explained my affection for the royal family - this is clearly a transitional period for them and I do not support them unconditionally. If William in particular continues to under perform then I think they should fund themselves. Like many people I think the British people deserve value for money.

The foodbank where I live has literally run out of food this week. We are doing double shops to fill the gap. It is hard to justify so much money going to multi millionaires when we have children going to bed hungry. That said the royal family are a national asset and are a huge draw for tourists. I have always thought so to now.

I hope we will see Kate and her family next weekend, fully recovered. I possibly imagine her mental health must be compromised by the role, as she was not raised to deal with the 247 spotlight unlike William - she is just one of us. It must be hard at times.

Tbh I'd then be wondering why she's briskly walking around and carrying her own bags but requires a further month's recovery, there having already been 2 months previous. I'd also question the thought process behind going out and doing a bit of shopping on a day you've stepped down from St Paddy's day duties as it doesn't come across very well

It might be the small detail of becoming Queen one day with an insufferable dh that is sitting heavier with her, rather than a few threads she will never read talking about her disappearance.

I am pretty sure she would be devastated if no one had even noticed, or batted an eyelid. I imagine she understands the curiosity and the concern.
