I think this goes to show that they are probably just out and about a lot in the area and people don't see this as an unusual occurrence. It's because people don't see their ordinary lives in the papers or on SM that they think this is some sort of strange occurrence with lookalikes. Again, Kevin Pietersen tweeted about this yesterday. They have a private life, which they are entitled to. The media is after that private status with this relentless pursuit of Catherine, imo. There is no concern over her health, just greed and the hope that they can monetise her image on "public interest" grounds.
