It has already been covered that the speculation was fairly low level prior to the photo. (Such that it was was already the fault of the commons team). Many people are interested in the PR disaster aspect rather than any personal interest in the RF.

Not a typo but a failure to understand meaning of the word you used. (Confusing imply and infer is a common mistake).
