But I reckon it will all blow over. She'll pop up somewhere looking well and go back to normal duties, they'll never talk about it, we'll all move on eventually.

The Royal Family were under zero pressure to parade the Princes.

You talk so confidently about this but as a previous poster has pointed out there was no ambulance seen coming from Sandringham. There is a short video of some official looking cars in Marylebone, London and one police car on 28th Dec and definitely no ambulance. That is it but Chinese whispers have turned it into a convoy from Sandringham plus an ambulance.

There is also no recording of a convoy when Kate is said to have been admitted to hospital.

She didn't cancel it. That she was attending the Trooping of the Colour ceremony was announced by the Ministry of Defence, who assumed she would be there as Colonel-in-Chief of the regiment. But they hadn't had any communication with the Palace and which royals will attend is usually not determined until nearer the time. @Gymnopedie it is normally decided in advance which main Royal family member will attend, because it helps to sell tickets. That is why the MOD announced Kate's attendance.

When it turned 2024 I listened to a few podcasts about future predictions over the next coming years (I'm in to that sort of thing)
And nearly all the ones I watched said the end of the monarchy will happen or start to happen in 2024. I hope Kate is okay, but I do find it all very interesting

Maybe her rings don't fit if she is swollen on steroids?
