Spanish press reporting Kate was extremely ill

I don’t know how credible this is because I saw it on Twitter…

But apparently the media in Spain have reported that Catherine’s surgery was not actually planned, did not go smoothly and she was actually very sick/possibly in a coma for a period of time. And there has been a press blackout in the UK.

Could there be any truth in this? I’m struggling to see WHY something like that would be ‘hidden’ anyway 🤔

Why are you now attempting to drag me into an argument about Meghan?

This is a horrible thread as it is. Let's not make it worse.

Indeed. Very expensive - and it's almost impossible to prove a negative ie that you DIDN'T say/do something. All that legal action would do would be to stir up and drag out the interest.

She has a young family - such action could drag out the topic for literally years - she won't want her children's classmates reading about such rubbish, or having the opportunity to make fun of them

Plus - mud sticks. It's been thrown and no matter what legal action might be taken there would be a lot of head-shaking and "No smoke without fire" type comments. Even a magnificent legal win wouldn't alter the opinions of many people.

Poor woman is damned if she does, damned if she doesn't.

Her lawyers ill simply write a cease and desist letter requesting a retraction if it's not true.
