She did sign up for this, but she has basically given everything, including her personality, her freedom, her chance of building a career, and if he is still cheating after all that, maybe she's had enough. I think she has had enough, and the Palace are playing hardball with her now. She also did it at 18 with the strong encouragement of her mother. A 42 year old mother of 3 is different.

That's a kind of sad picture in the car, well to me anyway but it's all about context and a moment in time I suppose.

@EasternStandard I’m not convinced it was a set up - it’s just the default of nearly everyone one that it “must be a set up”.

or perhaps she just fancied a manicure, pedicure, hair wash to feel better about herself. Or a Botox appointment. After major surgery she could probably do with a boost and she’s probably going stir crazy staring at the very lovely walls but not having any form of normality 🙂

What isn’t clear at all is why Kate or whoever created the fake photo bothered to do so, knowing the potential fall out when Kate herself was well enough to be out and about and be papped in a car. Surely this would have been the best plan from the beginning.

I accept they probably felt forced into the photo today after the Mother’s Day fiasco. It does feel terribly messy, ill considered and panicky given they have access to the best PR agencies, aides and advisers in the world.

No wedding ring, living apart, face turned away. First photo was taken with her mother - I feel they have separated and lots of work is going on behind the scenes to bring them back together. This would explain William being MIA. I can’t imagine the reality of living with someone like him tbh..
