I wasn't laughing at Kate being ill or taking steroids. I was laughing at the RF thinking that the public would be stupid enough not to notice that Kate in today's picture was not the same Kate as in the car the other day, or to notice their shoddy photoshop.

Don't most people look different when photographed from a long distance, doing the school run wearing sunglasses and no make up? As opposed to a posed for photo with hair and make up done, perhaps professionally? Even if in the same week, or even the same day?

As for 'shoddy photoshop', surely most 'celebrity' photos are edited to at least some degree. Many non famous people edit their own Facebook or Instragram photos. Nothing necessarily suspicious about that. Unless you have reason to believe otherwise?
