My brother took that photo in 2007. He turned up hungover and I was so angry with him. But forgiveness came fast when I saw the shots he'd captured.

I saw this picture on Facebook, it incorrectly claimed to be a portrait from Diana’s 21st. It was actually taken in 1987, so she was still only 25/26!

How did they manage to make Diana look 15 years older there?

Is that really from 1987? The outfit and Diana’s hair look more early 90s than 80s.

Thus seems more appropriate from her age in that photo.

This was a formal portrait taken by Lord Snowdon in 1992. She was 31.

I think this is the photo that I saw - or at least it was from the same shoot.

She suits the colour, she suits the neck (I would look like Jabba) and she looks serene.

The one I saw I think she was on her tod.

I don’t think H looks right here - been fiddly-shopped a bit too much I think - but apart from the ones with her dogs, I do like this photo.

Just goes to show how photos can render people unrecognisable. That looks nothing like Diana.

I agree, it isn't a very flattering Diana photo. She looks even older than 31 there!

I am however eternally grateful that I am not in a role that requires being photographed daily, deliberately or otherwise. Photogenic I am not and even the best photographers in the world would have their work cut out!

I know it doesn’t really belong here but fiddling with images always reminds me of this.

I have a photo I took of a Harry look a like in a pub last week. I'm sure I could sell it and suggest it was him and with photoshopping well the world is my oyster!

I was beyond helpless smilesy and I’m not really one for mirth!

It was done with a good heart and provided a chuckle for many so I think it a gift. 😁

I think Diana looks a bit like princess Alexandra in the above photo.
