Obviously, I also hope that the beards can be made a compulsory item.

Also, I did intend to contribute properly to this thread and add a picture that, if not iconic, I really like - but I can't find it! It's one of HMTLQ in younger days leaning over the balcony (guard rail?) of the Royal Yacht. She's laughing and tossing her head back, and looks carefree and happy and beautiful :).

Beards redeem ugly blokes, and make good-looking ones even sexier.

Beards really are just the answer to most things.

Actually, not beardy (yet) but I occasionally have to take tweezers with grim intent to my upper lip.
Maybe I should leave it, wait and turn it into a Dali-esque feature with some wax.

Beards can certainly work wonders on men with somewhat fat faces as well as just looking good on the already good-looking.

Prince Carl Philips younger sister Princess Madeleine is also gorgeous.

As is the oldest sister Princess Victoria.

Growing up the Scsndinavian royals were always in the news since we didnt have a royal family. I especially liked princess Victoria

I think Philip with a beard may have been posted already, so here's another one of him, and his father, Prince Andrew of Greece and Denmark.

And can't get much more iconic than the Queen in a headscarf. A headscarf even featured at her funeral.
