Harry “is willing to return to a temporary royal role in support of his father during his illness, sources have revealed. In an attempt to help heal the rift in the family, the King and Prince Harry are said to have had several “warm exchanges” since Charles received his cancer diagnosis.
The duke is now understood to have told friends that he would step into a royal role while his father is unwell.”

No not everyone that's generalising all British people.

And yet you typed this Carp.

From what I can remember the British people didn't accept them as a couple. as Milkshake pointed out.

It is almost like you want it both ways. Like someone else…

Yes, I have arguments with my family. What I don't do is write a book about a load of petty shit about my father, step mother, brother and sister in law, all of whom I profess to love, and go on an international tour of interviews talking even more shit about them.

Harry has been at every event?

He turned up to his grandfather's funeral, and had a massive row with his dad and brother. We know about this because it's the opening of Spare. He couldn't be bothered to see his grandmother when he had the chance during her last days though.

He turned up to his grandma's funeral and fucking whinged about it in Spare - accusing William of keeping him off the plane to Scotland. He wrote about not joining his family to dine. And somehow, his mate, Omid Scobie knew that nobody talked to him and Meghan after the walkabout - info only 4 people knew and only two of whom would have leaked to that person.

He told the world in his post Spare interviews (Anderson Cooper, Tom Bradley etc) that he no longer spoke to his brother or father.

He turned up the Coronation ceremony and promptly flew back home again immediately, refusing to join the family lunch.

He saw his cancer suffering dad for mere minutes.

He "turns up". That's about the best you can say about his relationship with his family.

The tabloids get all the information they need about Harry's relationship with his family from Harry himself.

Drama sells would people buy the book if everything was hunky dory and everyone got on well. People want to read chaos that's why they bought the book. Opera interview, book deal and a netflix show they have to go for it don't they. I will never buy the book they will never get a penny of my money.

Away ye go with looking for drama.

Carpediemmakeitcount · 18/02/2024 17:24

It's here not there he still wrote it.

Come again?

NigellaAwesome · 18/02/2024 17:45

Where was it announced that they wanted to be referred to as Sir & Ma'am?

I know I should look myself, but I don't want to give their website clicks and I can't bear reading the word salad that accompanies anything H&M do.

Runnerinthenight · 18/02/2024 17:46

There is some high grade clutching at straws here... I don't know why people insist on being so gullible! H&M have been caught out on so many lies - why on earth would anyone believe a word they say??!

Carpediemmakeitcount · 18/02/2024 17:50

smilesy · 18/02/2024 17:41

It's all about drama people want it they seek it can you relate to that?

That’s not what I meant. I didn’t understand your nonsensical post. What does it mean?

Scobie wrote it I responded to another poster. Why does it matter? Running out of royal bollocks to talk about?

Your posts are getting confusing and contrary, all of what you have listed is from the couple themselves, you do know Harry wrote his book and Meghan assisted in Finding Freedom?🫤

The other one that scobie wrote I was thinking of that book endgame not finding freedom.

Sorry, when did you clear that up? You backtracked, but you started by saying that the British people didn't want the marriage, and maintained this for pages, citing the DM comments section as proof. It was pointed out to you that this is absurd.

I cleared it up what more is there to discuss.

Sorry, are you suggesting that Harry made up the contents of his book relating to familial conflict in order to sell copies. I mean, I don't actually disagree with this, I think the wee shit did make up a lot of it, as has been proven. But you think he's a good and justified man, so what justifies him making up a load of crap vilifying his family members to put money in his pocket?

You wrote “it’s here not there he still wrote it” which doesn’t make any sense. How can anyone respond to that. And now you are changing the subject again. To quote an old MN trope, are you on glue? 😆

Oh his second book, the one where he got the inside track from H&M on Charles and Kate being the royal racists? Yes I forgot about that one, it sunk without trace didn’t it after a few days hoo ha, didn’t have the desired affect.

Mymilkshakebringsallthepapstomycar · 18/02/2024 18:03

The contents of several key pieces of Endgame can only have come from H&M. He's still tweeting stuff that can only have come from them.

Let's spin it again if the contents of the book and the interview was not true wouldn't the royal family have reason to sue them for defamation?

MrsDanversGlidesAgain · 18/02/2024 18:13

I get the feeling that everyone's arguing with an AI bot, except a bot would probably make sense. Or more sense, anyway.

So one minute it’s all made up drama to sell books and the next it’s all true because the RF didn’t sue? Pick a lane for goodness sake.
