I just read an article in the DM about this. I really honestly couldn't believe he would do this. I just hope it isn't true. Just how could he. Privacy????.

Oh come on ....

The media's interpretation of "break the silence" is usually "answered a questioned asked" but didn't tell us what we didn't already-- know. --

my interest doesn’t come from a royal family but from a psychological dysfunctional family viewpoint, my mind is always blown that Harry has had so much therapy his emotional intelligence remains so low. It’s a year since spare, he made the choice to go public and is quite venomous to those he loves, that was his choice but he doesn’t get to choose those he hurt reaction or timeline and he also shouldn’t be using emotional blackmail. It may have been therapeutic for him but that is a book you write to cut ties, not to enhance them.

he doesn’t get to choose those he hurt reaction or timeline

This is all so true. However, I think he expects the ill to be apologising to him before it's too late for them to do so, rather than making his own moves towards seeking forgiveness and reconciliation. Nothing in his history indicates he is capable of taking responsibility for own wrongdoing.

It's very revealing of the sort of people who swallow the H & M PR whole.

The halo effect in full flow…

I am still not sure what the purpose of the event is . Do the Olympics or Commonwealth Games do this sort of thing a year before the actual event ?
I think Invictus is a great initiative but, so far it seems to be about Harry larking around and Meghan’s clothes .
Maybe someone could enlighten me ?

Newchapterbeckons · 16/02/2024 13:41

I don’t think the royal family will stand for any of this. Camilla will be a good guide for the King - whom is soft natured and loves his sons very much. Camilla will save the situation because she sees straight through the cash guzzling grifters.

For info the IOC ran a relatively small event in Paris year to mark a year to go to the 2024 games.

As for current events, it might just be me but get the impression there's increasing unease amongst at least some veterans about how the Invictus platform is being used.

One Year to Go: IOC invites NOCs and their best athletes to the Olympic Games Paris 2024

With exactly one year to go until the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games Paris 2024, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) today officially invited

Omg yes "Heir-cule Poirot"

Bravo!! 👏😄

Emotionalsupportviper · 16/02/2024 13:56

He's an arsehole.

The papers and news channels shouldn't give him - or his ILBW - column inches or airtime.

Newchapterbeckons · 16/02/2024 14:01

This is going to backfire again, because yet again the world will see Harry and Megan making this all about them, damaging their brand further.

I don't read articles in the Daily Mail, not simply because it's a festering pit of racist agitation, or because of its culture wars faux news, not just because of this kind of outrage manufacturing either, but because of all of the things.

It's of no importance. Do what sane adults do and ignore them and the rest of the Royal parasites. None of them care about you and I don't know why anybody would be so invested in them as to give a hoot.

Except that the Halo Effect applies to attractive people, eliminating H & M.

"None of them care about you and I don't know why anybody would be so invested in them as to give a hoot."

One could say the same about you and your attempt to shut down debate, you seem very invested in people disliking the odious pair of creeps. Maybe some of us think its a sick little sideshow by two people destroying their family for greed and for us its just a distraction from our daily chores and stressful jobs.

januaryjan · 16/02/2024 14:09

Harry has become a very unattractive person; in every sense of the word. The word 'gauche' was used by one commentator in regards to H&M's recent rebrand and can be equally applied to their present media courting.

I was sympathetic to Harry at the start but this constant Arm-Flapping, Jumping-Jacks style of, don't look at them (RF), Look at me!, Look at me!, Look at me!, by the pair, has become tasteless.

The furry booted Meghan of Arcadia aside; Harry appears to be styling himself on his inner Lumberjack/ Rag'n'Bone Man at the moment - - I'm only human, Yarr! Yarr! Yarr!

Jetstream · 16/02/2024 14:12

I can’t believe the number of threads about Harry (&Meghan).
Charles is his dad.

The Daily Fail is gutter press that stope to new lows every day just to generate hate against H&M/EU/less well off people/political groups except the Tories etc
Isn’t Al (Boris) Johnson a ‘columnist’ for them? Sarah Vine too?

Lockupyourbiscuits · 16/02/2024 14:15

Unfortunate choice of language with Harry getting his “fix “ from the games ( sweet nod to drug use )
Er it’s not about you Harry

Maireas · 16/02/2024 14:15

"The Daily Fail" - drink!
You don't need to read the gutter press or any tabloid to find out what they're up to. M&H are very good at self promotion.
It is actually possible to follow news of yesterday's elections, the economy, migration and Harry and Meghan. Some of us can take on board different things.

Mymilkshakebringsallthepapstomycar · 16/02/2024 14:21

The same news about H's interview has been linked on this thread from 2 left leaning outlets, the BBC and The Independent, as well as the direct source, GMA's Twitter. Banging on about "the Fail" as the source to try to shut down a discussion doesn't really cut it any more.

Maireas · 16/02/2024 14:22

Every single time. It's so tedious!

RestingPassportFace · 16/02/2024 14:23

Prince Harry hints he’s open to family reconciliation after king’s cancer diagnosis | Prince Harry | The Guardian

Have you seen the interview?
The Good Morning TV journo was clearly pushing for a scoop/exclusive and wasn't letting the subject go.
Harry, who was there I assume to promote Invictus, answered each question calmly and fairly.

What did you lot watch?!

Edit: Watch the actual thing. That footage doesn't align with the title of this thread or the flak he's getting
