I just read an article in the DM about this. I really honestly couldn't believe he would do this. I just hope it isn't true. Just how could he. Privacy????.

People always forget that William also lost a beloved mother.

Anything to demonise him.

Harry said he loves his family. I hope that they all reunite and get over this crap, it’s not worth it.

What I find difficult is the ‘I live my family’ statement. Love is not writing tell all books and shit talking them to anyone who will listen.

It is perfectly possible not to get in with your family and also not be a drama llama who milks the situation for attention.

He very much could have chosen to say- I don’t think it is appropriate to talk about that because my dad is a very private person.

He could also just have said: was very pleased to see him. And left it at that. Celebrities do it all the time in interviews where they don’t want to answer questions.

Also, strange how he isn’t triggered by the crowds and photographers at Invictus. Also, not triggered by giving press interviews for cash. But oh so upset by being photographed on Royal duty or doing good for other people.

I think the rf just thought the Sussexes would get bored and settle down but their delusions of grandeur know no bounds. Think KC needs ro fall on his sword, shut the door on Harry's pinched purple face and focus on his loyal family in the UK.

And the news that he didn't want Camilla there - well, it's understandable in that any child who sees their parents when they are ill might want a 1-1, even if they loved their step parent.

I for one am disgusted with the content of this interview that hasn't happened yet. Now some of the articles on the Mail website are behind a paywall I'm not always sure what to be outraged by. Thankfully Mumsnet is there to fill me with daily contempt for the disabled, benefit claimants and Megan and Harry instead. Where would I be without it!

For the hard of thinking: the source of the fact of this interview and contents is the interviewing entity, Good Morning America, who tweeted about their pre-recorded interview that was aired this morning in the US. All the news outlets, not just the DM, have reported on it.

The position Harry is in now should be remembered for all the non contact threads on mumsnet, when the advice is “just do it”, or worse “write a letter” when posters have no real knowledge of the OPs mind, not in the moment and not 13 months down the line. A grown man, nearly 40 on an international platform having to declare he loves his family and hoping that they can reconcile. The hurt of spare and Oprah will outlast the money in the bank. Him and William may eventually have a faux royal relationship but they will never be friends. Their children will not play without William or Kate to ensure privacy. For all those who adore Harry it seems that this is what he wants.

I may have been misread that, what with all his talk about his frozen todger in the book. Whatever is said about him, Harry is not one for hiding his light under a bushell or should that be 'appendage' cushion.

Maybe he meant that he was grateful that he has the money and time to pop over and see his father across the Atlantic and knows that not everybody would be able to do that.
