Looks gorgeous with the shirt, but you really need a long torso and cinched in waist to photograph well in that look with everything focusing on the middle (although as I say, if you love it, wear it and screw the critics and the camera). I thought wearing it with a high neck T-shirt and funky platform sneakers might also be a fun look. Nobody take fashion advice from me, though!!

It’s on the catwalk because it’s by Caroline Herrera. It’s not a copy of something made by CH and sold in a mother of the groom boutique type shop.

I found it quite hard to style, particularly what shoes to pair it with. It's gorgeous but I've only worn it twice. I think my body shape doesn't really suit it either. Oh well 😒.

On a different note, my puppy doesn’t like me looking at my phone. She’s more understanding if I read what’s on it to her. So I just explained what’s happening from scratch in a rudimentary way, in terms a very intelligent puppy could understand. She got stuck at “and he doesn’t talk to his dad.” Then she looked confused and trying to work out what anyone could possibly be doing on a trip where he would interact with someone that doesn’t like his dad and doesn’t want to be part of it all anymore.

Then she said it all sounds sort of like Succession. And she didn’t even watch the golden globes.

I would think they have to be gravely lacking in curiosity to attend this event without wondering why they were invited.

I do find it extremely difficult to figure out how to dress from place to place. Even going from where I live now to my home state. I would have thought that outfit would be great for meeting a PM and attending a movie opening. and I think she got it right based on how his wife was dressed.
