Do you know how evidence works? How many victims have a tape recorder of a crime? Do they just go to court an be automatically believed? Of course not.
The party to the conversation who claimed racism can give a full and frank account of what was said to them. The accused can give a rebuttal if they so wish. We can then weigh it up on either a beyond reasonable doubt, or a more sympathetic balance of probabilities basis. I don't know how many times you need to be told this: the people alluding to racism have put forward absolutely no evidence of racism, and one of them has, on record, denied racism. Until such time as full and frank evidence of what occurred is put forward, nobody can be found guilty of racism. Which is why, throwing around hints aNDS Innuendo casually, in a febrile societal atmosphere of racial tension, is at best irresponsible, at worst, downright dangerous.
Your second paragraph: I don't even know what you are talking about, apart from Clarkson, who is a knob. But once again, the reference to the Tower is not literal.
Your third paragraph: I assume you are accusing me of being right wing. Believe it or not, I don't take that to be the scary insult you think it is. However, my comment is not based on a "wing" because I don't have one. It's based on my experience and observations over the last couple of years as a woman of colour (an experience I'm going to guess you know nothing about), what I hear other people of colour think about the matter, and my knowledge of what BLM is based on as a political movement, which is cultural and political Marxism, with the requisite Animal Farm-esque status afforded to its leaders.
