NY mayor cancelled a meeting with WIlliam but hasn't said why. Does anyone know more?

What happened to 40 x 40 I thought it was quite an exciting project did Meghan ever update on the women she mentored, or on the other women who joined the mentoring program. Do you know where we can get an update @Roussette

I don't know why Meghan's charity work as a private citizen is being raised here, but the 40 x 40 initiative was a simple message, to do 40 minutes of volunteering to help other women. It was a message to encourage others to mentor, and she asked 40 friends to join in. It is still on their foundation site, if you want to do that type of thing and join in, there is a list of organisations they link to that take you right to their sites where you can offer your time. I am not sure what anyone expected from it, all she did was post a positive message, her friends joined in, as inspiration for others, and they still have suggestions on their site if you're looking to volunteer. I think its great. I don't think she ever said it would get all women back to work, did she?

I was actually surprised at how warmly the King and Queen were received in France. I understand they loved QE II as everyone did but I didn't think they'd care about KC II.
(Remember when Macron said 'to you, she was your Queen, to us she was THE Queen? I thought that was lovely.)

It's amazing how nasty some of the people who post in support of H and M are. On the other hand, if you don't think H and M walk on water you are a hater who espouses 'vitriol'. (I've never seen that word used anywhere except MN).

It’s a reference to William and Kate’s trip to Boston for the Earthshot Awards last year. The White House spokesperson announced before the trip that Joe Biden intended to meet up with William while he was in Boston, and they did indeed met up on the waterfront walkway outside the JFK Presidential Library, which William had been touring with Caroline Kennedy.

Quiet how you get from that to someone “waylaying” one of the most heavily guarded men in the world in a car park(?) is anybody’s guess those. Some posters don’t seem to have much interest in facts, though.

No, it hasn't been reported in the press. Its been written in a anti monarchy publication, with absolutely no confirmation by the actual majors office. Its been repeated in a couple of sterling media outlets, like Celebitchy, which reference the original City and State article. No where else prints this lie.

Representatives for Adams did not immediately respond to a request for comment about why Adams’ appearance with Prince William was so quickly scheduled and then canceled. Maybe it’s no great loss; if we had to pick one royal to watch Adams pal around with, it’d be Prince Harry.

We are told many times by the H&M supporters, that the media lie and lie and are biased against meghan and harry. So if thats the truth and those were lies, by the same token, so was the above. Only the gullible would believe something so silly. Arranged and cancelled all within 30 minutes? Nonsense.

on a google search it only comes up with City and State as quoted above, and another well known anti William gossip site 🤷‍♀️

Bizarre how they are trying to portray william as a creepy paparazzi type stalker ambushing the POTUS in a carpark. Like the actual future king of England would want to or would have to do that lol. The image is hilarious but clearly made up. Trying to blag a lift on air force one though is a-ok and perfectly normal behaviour 😄
