I noticed that there was no thread on the live events of the Coronation itself. Thought I might start one.

The orchestra and the opera singer were magnificent. Brings chills in my opinion.

I’m looking forward to seeing William, Kate and their kids. I hope the news reports are untrue, and Kate gets to wear a tiara.

Surprised and quite disappointed to see Andrew in regalia - I knew he would be there, fine, but he’s not a working royal and is disgraced . He should have just been in a suit and his medals like Mike Tindall, Harry and the husbands of Beatrice and Eugine etc.

It better not mean he’ll be on the bloody balcony later
