You’re still not making any sense whatsoever. It’s not a tax dodge to set up a private foundation with your own money, that then helps other charities through grants. We should want all extremely wealthy people to do this. All donations an individual makes are tax exempt too. Lots of organisations, companies & foundations, pay for a registered office either because they work from a residential address or they want their offices to remain private- for security reasons in some cases. It’s not unusual. I paid for a registered address for two of my businesses, which was not our physical office address.
