It's blatantly obvious. She was offered the chance to keep acting by HMQ, she didn't want to. Now she's tiring of Harry (haven't been seen together in months before the recent photo op.) now she needs to get back into a career on her own. Name call all you want, but it will play itself out and we'll see who is spiteful...

It's not blatantly obvious, you are making things up. How do you know she's tiring of Harry? Even if they do split up, it's still spiteful to talk about someone's marriage like that. Marriages break up all the time and it's painful and I know because my parents divorced.

We’ve had two threads where plenty of posters have added links from the US about private foundations being different to public charities. You were there. Private foundations are actually defined partly by how few donors they have as it is typically money from a single family or couple, as you’ll find with other major American private foundations. It’s not a legal loophole, it’s in the actual definitions of private foundations. They don’t ask for public money, like charities.

You’re still not making any sense whatsoever. It’s not a tax dodge to set up a private foundation with your own money, that then helps other charities through grants. We should want all extremely wealthy people to do this. All donations an individual makes are tax exempt too. Lots of organisations, companies & foundations, pay for a registered office either because they work from a residential address or they want their offices to remain private- for security reasons in some cases. It’s not unusual. I paid for a registered address for two of my businesses, which was not our physical office address.
