So what is this all about then?
Who did it and why?
And whoever's PR team is responsible needs tearing off a strip, it's going to backfire.
I know there was a thread about this earlier today but it was deleted due to questions over how genuine the OP was. As this story is everywhere at the moment I thought I would have a try myself and see how we go. Just a couple of preemptive points:

  1. My MN credentials are rock solid so don't anyone even go there😁
  2. Lets also keep some perspective, at the end of the day we are talking about a bunch of privileged and entitled millionaires who likely wouldn't even pee on us if we were on fire and that goes for both 'sides'.

Did you know that Meghan had political ambitions in Canada?

Funny, I always thought she was an American, and as Canada is not part of the federal United States (although it is on the context of North America), she could not have a political career a country in which she holds no citizenship. I learn new things every day on this forum.

Incidentally, Robert Jobson's book, published this month, says Meghan plans to run for president in 2024. Given we are a year away from the election and she hasn't established a PAC, I think she has left to a teensy bit late to challenge Joe Biden!!

This is another of the fan fiction ideas people have, that she wants to run for president.

She is actually more likely to return to London as the American ambassador to the Court of St James than she is to run for politic office. I have been thoroughly enjoying "The Diplomat" on Netflix. Meghan as ambassador is fan fiction I can get behind!!

@mixedrecycling he's 9 years older than Charles, and was a page at the coronation I believe.

Charles believed, and publicly said, frequently, that Ball was wrongly convicted - because he was a Bishop! Naïve, I know - "sticking by a friend"! He came to regret it.
And do you really think he knew about Mountbatten's goings-on? Surely not. It only became public after Mountbatten's death

I said no, from Twitter, and referenced other trending hashtags on Twitter to prove my point.

I just knew if I said they are not from Celebitchy you would say you didn't believe me.

If it makes you happier, other Twitter hashtags associated with the Royal Family that trend often are MeghanMarkleIsALiar, MeghanMarkleExposed, PrincessKate.

Along with:

CamillaTomineyIsALiar, WeLoveYouMeghan, PrincessMeghan, KingCharlesTheTurd, CharlesTheCruel, GoodKingHarry.

There are equally horrible #s (if not more so) about other members of the family but it was chosen not to repeat them.
It isn’t right.

Could you imagine? This would actually be hilarious. I don’t think she’s ever expressed a political interest but stranger things and all that. Anyway - I suppose she could put in a late bid for a PAC but the primaries are in a couple of months for both parties - it’s way too late for her in the Presidential or even the Senate. I suppose she could go for Newsome’s job but he’s really popular and I think they just had an election for governor so that would be awhile.

Meghan as Her Excellency the Ambassador to the Court of St James is a book I would love to write.

Presenting her credentials to the King, and not curtseying because Americans don't curtsey or bow to foreign royals.

Her proud husband Harry accompanying her to present her credentials ...

Arranging her first State Visit for the US President.

Hosting dinners and garden parties at that stunning Winfield House, the former home of Barbara Hutton, the million dollar baby.

And the tabloid Press unable to know just what to do with themselves because on the other hand, there's that whole special relationship to promote, but on the other hand ... the ambassador is Meghan!

You know what, let me pitch it to my agent. If Monica Ali could reimagine Diana's story, the two of us together can do this! 😁

Ah I apologise, I misread - it wasn't her exh who said that but his brother (her BIL). Not sure which paper it was in but here's an attachment. It says a lot about her character though. 😑
