Prince Harry’s Short Coronation Trip Is ‘Massive Diss,’ Friend of William Says

No doubt many will see Harry’s actions as an admirable demonstration of his devotion to family duty if he does choose this course of action.

In some quarters of Buckingham Palace, of course, running out of your dad’s big day to attend a child’s birthday party might be perceived not so much as a noble devotion to paternal obligations as an almighty “Fuck you!”

I found the a child line particularly disgusting, Archie is Harry's son, if he's leaving as soon as the coronation is over to make it in time for Archie's birthday, that's fantastic not something to deride by this so called friend.

A pal of Prince William tells The Daily Beast relations between the brothers are “so bad they are nonexistent,” but William would be happy for his father that Harry was attending.

At least she doesn't tell you you can't post anything on the thread because she was the one that started it. An OP said this to me and I nearly PMSL

And, as I have said, even if he is 100% correct in his perception of their feelings, it is not for him to make them public.

Why? Other people share their perceptions of their feelings everyday in media and in comment sections of various fora. What makes him different?

skullbabe · 29/04/2023 05:27

I see we’ve moved on sorry

Harry has no right to make his father and brothers private thoughts and feelings public

I think that this an an unfair standard to expect Harry to keep as this in not applied to the rest of the family. I think the difference here is that the rest of the family share anodyne thoughts and feelings and Harry not so much so.

@skullbabe that's clearly nonsense
Would it be ok in your view by the same logic for Harry to sleep with 17 year old "friends" of Epstein and the like?

Bloody hell, that’s left of field. The lengths people will go to to shoehorn bloody Andrew in

It’s not against the law to share your thoughts about people’s feelings - whether they are positive or negative. I’m concerned that you would think that this would equal the Epstein’s activities which were illegal and immoral.

Blip · 29/04/2023 15:42

I don't think either is in any way ok

I think Meghan ought to be arrested for the 'lipgloss incident' to be honest.

😂

Could we not have a peoples monarch chosen for say 10 years after some TV programme maybe called search for a monarch. All subject to votes along the way and various tasks. They get to live in a normal house and drive a normal car and get say 100k a year and do a lot of openings and charity visits wearing some sort of bling. The Windsor get abolished and their houses turned into tourist attractions. If they screwed up Parliament could have a vote to force a new vote and they could resign if it all got too much for them. We could have the worlds first elected time limited peoples monarch and trail the blaze for a new era for GB.
