I hope that those who expressed concern will be happy to know that she has been working with the Archewell team on their just released Impact Report.

Meghan and Harry are polarising figures but there is no doubt that they have galvanising power to get projects, both little and big, off the ground.

Harry, with William and Kate, was a co-founder of the Royal Foundation in 2011. They had a start-up fund of just under 5 million pounds, of which 1.3 million pounds was given away in grants.

10 yrs later, Harry and Meghan set up Archewell, with start up funds of 13 million dollars, and give away three million dollars in grants.

As with both foundations, the reserve is carried over.

The range of their projects is interesting, from working with the Vaccine Alliance to raise private sector contributions to distribute vaccines, endowing academic fellowships, working with partners in resettling refugees from Ukraine and Afghanistan, working with World Central Kitchens, to smaller projects like the Uvalde community playground and park and a really cute project to a small charity that gives free hair braiding to young black girls in Texas.

I am so pleased for them, their advisors and staff as this is a dream start for any start up. I have long been sceptical that they may have spread themselves too thinly, so I am glad to see they are now focusing on just three areas, as they find their groove.

Oh no, no, no. You don't get to say what the agenda is and how saying something dishonest on OW 'doesn't count' anymore.

She's been quiet because because it's Harry's turn to smear his family and she's just sitting back watching him confirm she bullied the staff and exaggerated the 'racist' comments which Harry says were not racist.

The only one saying the RF were racist is Meghan..... as in.....

There were 'conversations' about Archie's skin colour (there weren't according to Harry), and his skin colour would potentially stop him getting a title (the ones they don't want) but they do and stop him getting security (that was leaving the RF not being pink/black/white or whatever colour he is)
The doe eyed kohl lined eyes and the woeful head tilt adding to the drama (in the eyes of a b list actress).

I would say, don't give up the day job Meghan, but unfortunately she is continuing the day job but masquerading as real life.

More generally I don't think they ve been getting invitations, even before they wrote themselves off after Netflix and the book - they did not show up to any high profile events last year and they would have if they had got an invite. It must be very lonely by now

No idea if that's true but Ellen's may have been very useful. For some reason Australia sky news was coming up on my YouTube feed and they were talking about a big new deal - they seem to hate Meghan and Harry way more than I've seen in UK.

No idea - but it sounded like a big deal.

I personally I wish Netflix hadn't spent cash on their doc thing but done second series of 1899 or stuff I'd actually want to watch - but I don't run their network. We currently have it through a deal with sky if when that ends if we can't find content we like we'll chop and change as we do with other on-demand services.

I wonder which high events H&M go to. The only awards were because they were recipients. I'm aware of a few small one on one meetings with high profile (though hardly celeb, but powerful none the less) people.

Harry never said the conversations did not take place. He may have softened the blow of the racist family to unconscious bias, most likely to open up talks with his family, - most of us still call it what is is, racism.

What was said that was racist, which has been confirmed? Was it something specific, or just alluding to comments made.

Genuine questions by the way, I only dip in and out of RF stuff, and didn't watch the OW interview or Nexflix doc, so don't recall the actual context.

Meghan said there was speculation about the possible skin colour of children from one individual who they won’t name. Whether this happened before or after they were married is unclear as Harry and Meghans accounts differed. After two years of all the papers screaming about racism, Harry says his family aren’t racist. So why bring it up in the first place? Many posters say speculation of this sort is normal in mixed race families anyway.

There was 'concern' not speculation. That's racism as has been defined by everyone (including people of colour).

The RF doubled down and gave the dismissive statement of recollections may vary.

My take is that H saw they got nowhere as the British don't like to be called racist (it's worse than the racism itself apparently). After 2yrs, he has now softened it to 'unconscious bias'. Though I get the feeling the rf will still double down nevertheless. Realistically, I don't think the RF should expect H&M to go back on their word, that would be too much, no matter how much H&M want to reconcile with their family.

Oprah asked H "who is having that conversation?". Harry says he will never reveal the specifics of it. My take was that Oprah wanted to know who is broaching that subject, so now media and anti H&M brigade twisted it as 1 conversation, when MM had said there were several conversation, and are using that as a denial. If it did not take place, none of them would have mentioned it.

No he has not done a U-Turn. I listened to the both OW and the recent interview.
He softened the blow of what others called racism to unconscious bias. That sounds better. He most definitely never said the concern never took place.

Wasn’t it Meghan that use the word “concern” though? And she never actually heard the conversation. I think you are tying yourself in knots to justify the change of position here
