Did William really cheat on Kate?

I keep hearing this rumour and I'm just curious to know where it comes from? Where is the evidence?

Honestly, people on here are so 'team kate and william' they forget they're not personal friends with them and they don't actually know them. He probably was unfaithful, what a shocker that would be.

I don't have particularly warm feelings for any of them. I would like to see the monarchy abolished. I think William is an angry entitled man. Kate appears to be someone who will subsume her whole being to ensure her place in history, Harry seems mentally damaged and Meghan seems like a loose canon.
So I find it irritating as hell when people claim any negative comments about W&K are 'from Meghan' or Meghan worshippers.

This is what we know.
About 3ish(?) years ago, rumours suddenly started circulating about an indiscretion by Prince William. It was picked up informally by lots of people but nothing appeared in the mainstream press. People close to the royal couple also waded in on both sides of the debate. William clearly denied any kind of indiscretion and Catherine either believed him or didn't believe him and chose to forgive and stand by him. Given most men deny it when they cheat and wives tend to want to believe them, it's hardly likely firm evidence one way or the other is likely to be in the public domain.

At around the same time Prince Harry clearly had a massive falling out with his brother and negative stories started appearing in the press about Meghan. Prince Harry keeps strongly hinting that "something" else went on and that Palace aides were willing to throw Meghan under a bus to keep other stories out of the press. Prince Harry clearly knows that he can't reveal what the other thing is, but he's obviously absolutely livid about it and considers that it's deeply unfair that he's being painted as the black sheep and William is getting away with it.

Why would he admit it. Firstly it might not be true. Secondly it's nothing to do with us. Thirdly why would he let Harry "win" like that if it were true? Apparently it's been widely reported and nothing has come if it. Even if Harry said it was true, he's such an unreliable witness, why would anyone believe him over William?

The Cliff Richard and Christopher Jeffries reporting was awful.

I don't know if I believe William had an affair or not as I have seen no evidence. I believe it is possible. His life has been very weird and plenty of normal people also do. I can understand Harry's press gripe, if about that, though. But I personally don't like veiled threats and the storing of evidence of family gripes. I think Harry should move on.

I always assume high powered people cheat. But that is an accepted by the partner when they enter the marriage.

Now that is absolute rubbish because if it was true then the press would have been all over that Andrew style particuarly now when there is good reason to further tarnish his name. In the versions I have read the army and members of the Royal family conspire to cover this up which would be an even bigger scandal than the crimes scurrilously alleged.

It’s out there on the internet and in fact, I reported a thread here about the accusations a few days ago and got it removed very quickly. I think these threads are awful, whether about Harry or William.

But this particular one is so stupid I didn’t bother. Justine surely doesn’t only think the people that dislike H&M are deranged. She has to see there are the same hateful types posting about W&K.

The latest polls show Kate is now the most popular royal in the US.
