There's enough for another book! Prince Harry says he cut his memoir in HALF and stripped out details about his father and brother - as he claims he has 'long-term' aim to 'fix' the monarchy!

What an arrogant and deluded oaf!

The Duke of Sussex told The Telegraph he chose to leave out several bombshells because he was concerned his father and brother would not 'ever forgive' him.

'The first draft was different. It was 800 pages, and now it's down to 400 pages. It could have been two books, put it that way. And the hard bit was taking things out.

'There are some things that have happened, especially between me and my brother, and to some extent between me and my father, that I just don't want the world to know. Because I don't think they would ever forgive me.'

Harry also revealed his motivation to speak out so publicly against the Firm is to ultimately 'save [his family] from themselves'.

He detailed plans to derail the relationship between the Royal family and the press, expressing his belief that in doing so he can protect future divisions in the family.

After the dust has settled, he expressed a hope that he and Meghan can reconnect with his family - even if they don't particularly like his decision to share 'his truth'.

😂😂😂😂😂

He definitely wants to be part of it - on terms he dictates. He wants to reform the monarchy and smash the British media. Utterly delusional.

His whole book says it!

OK. I am getting an online version tomorrow. I have read a lot of extracts and nowhere have I seen that he says him and Meghan want to be King andQueen of GB.

But I will apologise to you when or if I read that.

I thought he had a 3 book deal ?

Maybe he is smarter that we think - without drawing too many parallels sometimes the biggest fools end up being the smartest - blissful ignorance and all that

Sorry? What is your question?

I believe some of what he says. I am a good judge, I have had decades dealing with people in my career, I take what I feel is right from what I hear. I know some of it is embroidered, bullshit, his version etc. I just take the essence of it

I'm asking what the essence is. I think the essence is that this is an angry, paranoid man (to put it mildly) digging up a lifetime of petty grievance in an attempt to hurt his family as badly as he can. I'm interested what essence you take from it.

What part of this says 'saving it for the sequel'? It seems pretty clearly the opposite of what you're claiming actually.

I’ve just read this on the Telegraph website and the veiled threat is grim and ominous.
I really think he’s even more dangerous now than before.

The Duke also revealed that he felt “responsibility” to reform the monarchy for the sake of Prince George, nine, Princess Charlotte, seven, and Prince Louis, four. “I know that out of those three children, at least one will end up like me, the spare,” he said. “And that hurts, it worries me.”

He admitted that the notion frustrated Prince William, adding: “He has made it very clear to me that his kids are not my responsibility.”

Regardless, he said he liked to “fix” things and was approaching his mission with “long-term, strategic thinking”.

“This is not about trying to collapse the monarchy – this is about trying to save them from themselves,” he claimed. “I know that I will get crucified by numerous people saying that.”

Oh he is playing the hero now! Batman at the rescue of his brothers children! Yeah I agree there he is not the father.

I hope he smashes the revolting british media.

Murdoch is the true ruler of the UK.
He controls the Media.

He controls the Royal Family.
He controls Parliament & the PM.

That the Royal Family is controlled by the media. For good and for very very bad.

It might be delusional, but that doesn't make it entirely wrong. The British media (the Murdoch empire) are appalling, and the damage they do goes far beyond the RF.

milti · 13/01/2023 22:30

@Roussette he controls the doofer for the telly as well - what a bad man

Beees · 13/01/2023 22:30

You still have yet to give your thoughts on him choosing to bring the poor kids into it @Roussette and how it would play if it had been William saying he needed to save his niece and nephew?

oakleaffy · 13/01/2023 22:30

Meghan has absolutely brought out the worst in Harry.

Estranged from her own family, she has pulled him from his own, He was never this vile before he was hunted down by Megz.

They are an odious pair, far , far worse than Meghan's father was, they will sell their souls for the ''Yankee Dollar''...They are simply bloated with self pity and victimhood.

MistletoeandBaileys · 13/01/2023 21:43

He’s a fucking lunatic. I’m wondering what the hell is going on behind the scenes.

I mean could Meghan be supporting all this behind the scenes? Or is this a very clever ploy and we will see a conservator ship or divorce on the horizon? It is genuinely like listening to Kanye West. He sounds completely deranged and in needing of serious help.

He’s a nutter. The only children he needs to concern himself with are his own. Because those kids will sure as hell have some stories to tell.

Obviously, she’s pulling the strings. He’s hardly bright enough to have planned all this himself. He’s drug-addled, paranoid, jealous and gullible, but he’s also pretty stupid. Too stupid to understand that he’s ruined his own life and that there’s no going back from it.

She’s the brains of the outfit, clearly. He’s just the means of her getting to where she wants to be. I fear for him, honestly. Someone who goes after the most eligible bachelor on the planet and then isolates him from everyone who loves him to ensure he has no way of going back will stop at nothing to achieve the end prize, whatever it is. She’s the one with the God complex without a doubt. He’s just the puppet.

Ahahahah for his own sake he better now. He will be dealing with a whole country' system. He may indeed lose those titles - wonder if Netflix put in the contract that he needs to keep those titles 😅😅😅 just my idea
"And what difference would it make?" Well it would make a difference to YOU Harry since you wouldn't be able to profit from it anymore.

Gosh he has no limits 🍿🍿🍿

MrsDanversGlidesAgain · 13/01/2023 22:32

I thought it was the other way round - that the RF is running the media by feeding stories to it. If that's the case shouldn't he be glad to be away from Murdoch's evil strings?

EsmaCannonball · 13/01/2023 22:32

Woo-hoo! Two weeks ago I just wanted Harold - or Harry, as I called him then - to stop boring on with his whinging and psychobabble, but now, after dog bowls and talking bins and singing seals and cock cushions and Eight-Hour Knob Cream, I never want it to end. Be like your sort of great-granny Barbara and bring out six books a year. Get Alan Titchmarsh to be one ghostwriter, and James Ellroy another. Get Meghan to bring out a poetry version:

I sit on the bench
And unclench my cheeks
The tube said eight hours
But it's been eight weeks

That sort of thing. Do it, Harold!

Roussette · 13/01/2023 22:33

Oh he is playing the hero now! Batman at the rescue of his brothers children! Yeah I agree there he is not the father.

Well... here goes... before I sign off tonight...

Harry is doing a favour to the three children. A big favour. Can you even begin to imagine if the media carries on like this.. what it's going to be like for George and Louis?

Say they want to marry someone like Meghan? Or someone not suitable? They will be torn to shreds. It will be far worse if this carries on. This symbiotic relationship (give and take.. haha... lol) does NOT work. It's about throwing meat to the media to leave the important royals alone.
How healthy is this?

It isn't.

It might not be wrong but it’s utterly delusional to imagine that a one man crusade by someone who’s become a global laughing stock at his own hand could possibly bring it down. Now he’s declared war on it, it will destroy him.

You know full well you don’t have to say the exact words to imply/say what your intentions are, a bit like when him and Meghan implied the RF were racist, accepted an award for standing against institutional racism within the royal family but then claimed they never meant that, but by accepting the award that is his him saying yes the royal family is racist. Harry is incredibly bitter he is not going to be King, the clue is in the title.

Spot on.
Harry is a puppet manipulated by his wife, a yapping ventriloquist's dummy of a man, out to wreak revenge on the brother he so envies, and the father he resents.

A little shit, basically.

Coronateachingagain · 13/01/2023 22:36

Imagine - he is not coming back to Blighty any time soon 😅😅😅

I wonder if he has already received a dis invitation to the Coronation or a subpoena from the RF lawyers.

He will keep going like this just to ruin the coronation party?

Oh this is going to be so bad. I really hope he has good legal counsel otherwise he will not survive. Now that is an honest wish, I really feel sorry for him.
