Are the Royal Family releasing info from SPARE to cover up Diana accusations?

This is an extraordinary article that presents new information outlining why Princess Diana's death was not the accident it first appeared. Ordinarily this would be front page news and everyone would be talking about it. Instead people are talking about if Meghan used the term baby brain to Kate, or if William and Harry did not want Charles and Camilla to marry.

These latter allegations are just meaningless distractions. The kind of thing that happens in every family. But the allegation that a car accident for Diana was planned is a serious allegation. And the only people who benefit from burying this story are the Royal Family.

So I think the Royal Family have arranged for an advance copy of SPARE to be leaked so extracts can be leaked every hour, thus burying the story about Diana's death.

I think the allegations around Diana's death are probably true.

"Extraordinarily, since the Princess's death, I have been told by a well-placed source in our foreign intelligence service, MI6, that this is not far from the truth of what really happened.
The astonishing claim is that a 'Paris operation' was organised to frighten the Princess into halting her romance because her lover was considered by the British Establishment to be an unsuitable companion for the mother of a future King.
'We planned to break her arm or cause a minor injury,' said my MI6 informant, now retired and living in Europe. 'No one in the security services overseeing this operation wanted Diana to be killed. Dodi? Well, he was another matter.'""

The ‘theory’ that Diana’s death was an MI6 job has been debunked so many times, it really is just a ridiculous theory.

I do though think that the leaking of the book will play well for the Royal Family. The way the stories are coming out is taking a lot of the heat out of it, and masking Harry look ridiculous. Not the carefully controlled PR campaign that was planned.

Another reason the Royal Family leaked the book - or their staff in reality.

Yes, I can just see them all in BP opening it with trembling hands all ready to phone the press and....'You IDIOT!! it's in SPANISH!! get us onto Google Translate, PDQ and NO-ONE goes home until we've got this translated and leaked!!'

🙄

There may have been threats (most high profile people are at risk in that way), but it was a drunken chauffeur who did it.

People sadly drink drive all the time, loads of people have convictions for it, majorly of the time they don’t end up in car crashes. Just because the driver had been drinking it doesn’t mean it wasn’t set up.

I guess the people who believe everything that Harry says are also the same ones who believe that Diana was killed by the RF

You are making wrong and big assumptions.

Nobody is saying the RAF is part of this. You are just being ridiculous to mock my post.

TBH, BradfordGirl, there is rather a lot that's worthy of mockery in your post, I'm sorry to say.

Furries · 05/01/2023 20:30

Oops, that really was a typo on my part. Bloody hell, can’t believe I didn’t check such a short post properly.

Apologies to the RAF 😂

Is this directed at anyone in particular?

@Insaneinthemembraneee The plan was not to kill Diana, but just to engineer a small accident. It is because Diana was not wearing her seatbelt that the plan failed and she die.

Why would a small car accident make her end the relationship with Dodi? Doesn't make sense to me. The letter foretelling the accident was caused by Bashir who convinced her "they" were out to get her.

I agree. But the allegation was that there was a plan to create a crash, but NOT to kill Diana. If Diana had worn a seatbelt that is what would have happened.

Don't talk bollox. No one could guarantee anyone walking away from this.

MI6 informant 😂😂😂😂

Indeed. I mean, not like he'd be covered even in retirement by the Official Secrets Act, is it? (which I understand does not expire if you signed it; which I did, in 1975).

BMW6 · 05/01/2023 20:35

Wouldn't it have been more effective (and much less fuss) to simply have put a horse's head in her bed? 🤔

Also less chance of it going horribly wrong

DNA analysis then still took some time and was complex. It was 26 years ago that Diana died.

A simple DNA test to establish someone's identity would have been available 26 years ago.

I expect they have the blood sample on file somewhere and could do further testing if they wanted.

It's not sending a very clear message, is it? overkill, as it were. Call me cynical but I'm inclined to the idea that this 'MI6 source' is nothing of the sort.

Hang on - William is ex RAF 😱Have you stumbled upon the actual person who has been leaking the book? 😂😂😂

MrsDanversGlidesAgain · 05/01/2023 20:50

IT ALL FITS! does William speak Spanish? 😂
