The Sun have got hold of a copy of the book that was accidently put on sale in Spain. They are clearly skimming it as fast as possible with a translator. They are reporting that W&H begged KC not to marry C, and that he thought she was leaking stories to the press.

I think it was wrong to publish stories about his family - it is very easy to make accusations which are liablous ie who made who cry etc. I am afraid that he has lost any moral high ground he thought he might have with this book

I guess anyone going through my posts would assume I'm also a staunch H&M supporter. Actually though, my support of H&M has nothing at all to do with them at all, I don't know them - it's more a criticism of the media and the power of the elite in this country.

I don't agree with 'palace sources' leaking to the press and those on the receiving end of those stories being slated for giving their side. Even worse, you get your point across by gossiping to the press, but maintain your moral superiority with 'never complain,never explain' - it's so underhand I can see why that would piss off the Sussexes.

I don't agree with the rewriting of history, pretending the racism directed towards M was all in her head and she should shush about it anyway and go and do charity work or something. Phrases like 'she was welcomed by the British public' and 'we thought she was a breath of fresh air' is clearly bullshit. The racist tones were there right from the beginning.

I don't think we should even have a royal family. The whole concept is archaic and has no place in a modern society. The serf like mentality it depends on is really, really depressing. Why is anybody defending these people? Baffles me.

I despise the power the press has in this country - every single one of these threads highlight that. People parrot the likes of the DM without any critical thought at all - if the press can get the whole country to hate one woman for very little (what has she actually done? ) they are too powerful. We all should have a problem with that.

I think Harry has every right to tell his story, in whatever way he sees fit. It's interesting that people have no problem with the endless drivel written about them by royal 'commentators' but have a huge issue when Harry speaks about his own life. The likes of Angela Levin can write a book about him when she's been in his presence for 15 minutes - that's fine and lapped up, Harry was being told to shut up on here before he even spoke 😅

And today, the latest hypocrisy is the amount of mental-gymnastics people are doing to defend PW attacking his brother. In no other circumstances would two men going head-to-head be condoned on this site - but, PW....so it's fine 🤷🏻‍♀️

Well he doesn't owe them anything. And he has to earn a living somehow. I've a lot of time for him and Megan, and enjoy the anecdotes about the less sufferable members of the royal family.
