She has complained to the BBC that he said on the podcast that she “misled the court” in the Daily Mail case.

I thought she apologised for misleading the court and insisted it was inadvertent?

AR’s BBC documentary seemed quite pro-Sussex, so this is confusing.

I hadn’t heard of the podcast but will have a listen now. (Streisand effect rides again,)

Is there some difference between British and American English that might explain this? I cannot figure it out,

Not as original or clever as you think. Considering that he does a lot of good things, and frankly nothing wrong with suing the Fail.

Also that grainy picture looks like a normal person took it. They probably sold it to the publisher (Rupert Murdock, by the way to those who keep saying H&M are in cahoots somehow). So H&M will have no copyright on this, most likely the person is not a publication employee either. I don't think they waste time on cases they are not going to win. it has to be justified.

I was reading some of the angry tweets from people who probably never even cared or knew what the NAACP stands for saying they will never donate again. The org that has seen the worst of racism in it’s over 100 years of existence is somehow supposed to be scared to be associated with HaM They have been working with the NAACP over the past 2 years and have the confidence of Dr King’s daughte. It’s sad & laughable how those who hate these two try to troll those who acknowledge the good they try to do.

I just find it pathetic that these two engender such hate and vitriol. It's beyond peculiar.
Let them get on with it. Let them sue AP if they want to, the british taxpayer aren't paying for it so why the hate, don't get it. Weird, when what's going on in in the world.
