Well, that's your opinion but there's many people all over the world who dislike they way he's behaved. Look at the comments section on any article about him, you'll see all sorts of countries and most of them aren't supporting him.

Presumably like any parent and husband back at the Sandringham summit when Harry offered to pay to access Intel he intended to use the money left to him by his mother.

All those leaks in 2020 from the courtiers put his family in danger and removed the opportunity to agree a sensible coordination with the police in the UK

So again the RF leaked his location, the decision to leave and took his security simultaneously in 2020 and now 2 years later they release the same story to distract from Andrew.

If he's in danger in the UK, surely he's entitled to police protection anyway, just as any of us would be if we were known to be in danger?

Elite private security services liaise with the UK police service - that’ll be business as usual otherwise credible threats may be missed.

Still no reason for Harry to directly hire UK police personnel.

Bearing in mind this is a DM report, I see this item as a red herring.

That said, Harry’s name is putrid mud in the rank & file ofthe UK armed forces - he may be a veteran, but he was a toy soldier & ungrateful with it - & many of the elite private security firms are ex UK services, so it may be that there is no rush to bid for his business. Hence the request to being his US security team over which was declined.

With the Royal Jubilee imminent, maybe he’s looking for someone somewhere to provide security so that he can turn up for the jollies.

The reason this has come up now is that Harry's team has asked for a judicial review, according to the BBC. It has just been filed. (On a Saturday? DO they do that?)

Anyway. The police aren't available for public hire. They should share any credible information they have with Harry's security team. (And if they don't do that then that's unacceptable.) I do find it hard to believe that the police can provide better security than a private firm, however.

He wants to pay for Uk security while in the UK which sounds perfectly reasonable. Nobody can argue he and his family are not going to be big targets for the rest of their lives. He is arguing about jurisdiction and also access to Intelligence regarding threats to his family.

I know hating him seems to be a national sport but he is entitled to want the best security for his family. He is entitled to not have paparazzi chasing him especially given how his mother died.
