2. The Sun leaked the text from Queens Xmas speech.

I may be wrong but I don't remember lawyers and tabloids bleating on about "Free Speech" and demanding the Queen attend a trial.
I also don't remember anyone complaining that the "horrendous" cost of defending the claim and the large amount money she was awarded will become “a deterrent to public-interest journalism".

The very same Geoffrey Robertson, who has served as a UN war crimes judge, who has defended Salman Rushdie, who has defended Australian Aborigines, who has defended vietnamese refugees and who also writes articles for The Times, The Wall Street Journal, the Guardian, the Financial Times etc.

He has a long history and is a staunch defender of freedom of speech ! long before the MM and ANL case.

The Fail is so desperate, looks like they are trying to rope in the tories too. To change a law that already long exists.

They are just full of air right now because they just lost.

The only thing that Meghan every said about her father is that it's sad things have turned out the way they have.

Jesus it's like pulling teeth. I'll try again.. they didn't like Markle Senior airing his grievances with them publicy yet they go on to air their grievances with the rf publicly. All as bad as each other.

We see them sending sneaky little messages via 'palace sources'. Shading newborn babies, officially (Lilibet name). Officially talking bout Harry's finances - naming amounts that have nothing to do with them. Sending their staff members to try and sink Meghan's case.

It does not make them any better by doing things sneakily behind the scenes.

Not only was it proven in court that it was Jason Knauf who spoke to FF, but that Meghan did not even want anything to do with OS till Jason convinced her it was a good idea. She did not write FF.

It was confirmed in the documentary that William does the brief. Ironically, the headlines say both, and nothing was shown to come from Harry.

We have been told repeatedly the memoir will be out next year. So I assume that is the plan.
