Well Harry is looking quite good. Suntanned and healthy. The glow of new parent perhaps. Just seen his video on Diana awards and he looked so happy when visiting Wellchild too.

I'm sure his charities were happy to keep in touch with him.

@Roussette I think they are doing a bit more than just showing respect to the Queen. They have called their daughter after her, told the world what she bought Archie for Christmas, intimated that they zoom or phone her regularly and so on. But not a posit word about his father, brother, aunts etc. Seems more like sucking up than showing respect to me 🤣

Hmm, see I wouldn't say they are showing respect to the Queen. For example, by alleging M had no support despite the Queen ensuring she had experienced staff at her disposal or by alleging that the rf are racist. Creeping round the Queen and name dropping into every cbs interview or cheerleader Scobie comment to maintain their Royal relevance is not showing respect either. I bet the Queen knows exactly what their game is.

I mean PC is his df. He never gets a mention does he. Despite H gushing about how spiffing he was right up until, oo, 2017?

I’m curious about all of those defending Anne. If it was established that her comments were racists (assuming it was Anne, and that there was an actual investigation). Would you try to minimise it and say oh, she is old school etc etc?

I wonder if people who excuse racism are usually closet or causal racists themselves. Just as those that excuse or minimise misogyny are usually misogynistic at core

I don’t think any thinking person would defend racism these days. The actual racists of course keep very quiet.

Personally, I just don’t want to jump to a conclusion about an unspecific comment from an unspecified person. I was thinking the BRF’s version would be released at some point but apparently not.

I think the “recollections may vary” was in response to the interview as a whole, not specifically to the allegations of racism.

I agree. I always took it to refer to the whole of the interview, and therefore included everyone's recollections about everything they talked of.

You know the way a good parent looks after and supports his or her child. Does there come a point in our lives when it's about time we started sending that support in the other direction, or do we all remain the babies of our parents for the whole of our lives? I am not talking about financial support only.

Tbh it's Harry i scrutinise more. He has behaved appallingly and deserves all the criticism he gets.

Oh no have at it, pull her up on anything and everything. The goal posts always move in order to justify attacks on Meghan . Doesn’t matter if she had been in the news or not . The attacks keep coming. Every few days there is one thing or another reported in press that she seems to deserve being attacked for. I was just surprised at the cruelty / mocking nature of some of the above posts . But I need not be, I should know by now how the RF threads are. Deuces✌🏻
