I googled. Anne's doesn't because she said no.

Edwards do, Andrew's do, as do Princess Margaret's kids. As do William's kids.

The issue I see is that Archie would technically become Prince when Charles becomes King, that's protocol BUT Meghan is saying that they wanted to change that law so Archie wouldn't become Prince and that was due to his race

Surely the reason they’re doing it is much the same as anyone who feels they need to share their bad experiences.
Doesn’t matter how much people support the royals. If she had a hard time, to the point of feeling suicidal, it matters not a bit what she thought she was going into. Imagine saying that to someone not famous who married into a family and were excluded or treated differently.

I am not sure why Archie would need protection as he lived in a very secure palace with full staff and nannies, and both his parents would have full security detail. Not sure what I am missing!

This is the only way for her to get her side across though, anything put out as a statement is forgotten in days/misreported.

I believe her. I think she’s had a fucking awful time, the bullying from the RF and the press is not acceptable.

Prince/ss titles go to the children of the monarch, the children of the sons of the monarch, and, due to recently past law, all the children of the eldest son (or presumably child if only daughters) of the Prince of Wales.

Anne’s children don’t have titles as she is the daughter of the monarch. Andrew’s children do. Edward’s children are entitled to but style themselves as Lady and Viscount instead.

Margaret’s children, again the daughter of a monarch and not heir, don’t.

I think she is coming across really well actually, really doesn’t match up with the headlines. She is very measured and I don’t think she dobbed Kate in at all.

I think she’s lying and/or exaggerating a lot of this for a gullible American audience. I do not believe she didn’t know much about the royal family. That is absolute bull. Oprah knows it too.

I am torn between these 2 opinions. I think she is coming across pretty OK, but I do wonder how much of what she's saying is true and how much is exaggeration ... I think much of it is true, but I am finding some of it a bit far-fetched.

I think Meghan is OK actually and very pretty yes, but I am also a Royalist, so I am hugely torn...

I do think some of the press were shit to her though.

But Diana, Princess Margaret, Fergie, Bea and Eugenie, Princess Anne, and even Kate Middleton, have all had nasty shit from the press. Not great, and NOT acceptable, but Meghan isn't the first.

I am also pissed off with the implication (especially on bastard twitter) that the UK is RACIST, because of what Meghan is saying. We are not a racist country! Some people are racist. Many people are not.
