Also just to say on the point of H&M going out the country.
They lived in H's old Nottingham Cottage, which according to royalty, was too small for a growing family. A 2 bedrooms, but I guess with staff when the baby comes, they thought would be too small. They were going to be moved to Number 1, next to Number 1A - where the Cambridges live. This meant that the Gloucesters(who lived in number 1) would downgrade to a much smaller Old Stables. All these needed refurbishment. £4m for number 1 - though it would take ages because of asbestos problems, and a low £400 000 to do up old stables. All overdue renovations. The RR were given a booklet with all renovations and how much they all cost - those to be done and those done. Including a whooping £369m renovations for Buckingham Palace. And yes £1m was spent on KP driveway.
The renovation of no1 was estimated around 2yrs, so, long after baby Archie would be born. H&M then had their eye on a peaceful country living. They chose the Cotsworld and took a 2 yr contract. There, they took a barn conversion at an exclusive community and called in an interior designer and I guess prepared for baby A and staff. With reports that they liked the area and had thoughts of settling down in the Cotsworld. Except, the media then flew a helicopter over the grounds and took pictures of the house, grounds, living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and anything they could and published them. Compromising their security. In the end, they had no choice but to move into grandma's backyard - where though the cost of renovations was smaller than No 1, a big deal was made of it.
H&M did sue the paper and were rewarded handsomely an unstated amount, though it is reported to have covered the renovation fees, inconvenience etc. they donated that money to charity.
The papers will decide what they want to publish as front stories.
