I too feel a bit sorry for Beatrice, her wedding does feel a bit cursed.

Hey Dave yes I feel sorry for Beatrice to but she (and I) will be able to marry as soon as this virus has calmed down although down here it isn't as has as London etc. I like a royal wedding as love looking at the expensive fashions and who turns up, George Clooney and his wife looked cool at Meghan and Harry's wedding but the wedding dress I liked the most was Princess Eugenie's.

Sadly she won't have a royal wedding, her dad put paid to that.

I see MM is after an Oscar now.

I’m not a fan of either of them, but I do think the troll redirecting their website (or whoever bought the domain) to YouTube Kayne West Golddigger is a step too far. That’s just bullying and I don’t think they deserve it.

Bad timing on the announcement, though. And I don’t believe they already made up Archewell, they seem to keep trying to change their story to save face.

Been away today, and I saw the old chestnut of her lack of relatives at her wedding rearing it's ugly head again.

People have already tried to put together MM family tree and have found it sparse, that she is an only child between Thomas and Doria. Doria is an only child between her mother and father. The rest are step siblings. Not always the closest family ties in general.

Doria's family is at another state, far from her and MM, so they don't seem to know her, though they seem happy for MM, and basically stayed out of the limelight. Someone did of course track them down, and it turns out most did not even know MM till the day before the wedding.

I also remember one of the RRs like Chris Sharp saying the people who get invited to the RF weddings tend to be a few chosen. So KM had her close family and mostly her father's side invited - that family has been linked to and entertaining the RF for decades. Not much to be seen from her mother's side. For Eugenie's wedding there were a few Brooksbank family invited who you will find have titles and are Eton educated etc. not that many either, nor does it look like anyone from his mother' side was invited either. MM does not have that much in terms of family.

I do find it insulting that everyone thinks people should have this big happy family with 2.5 children and happy family cousins though.

Yes, Royal weddings are different as they have to invite other royals, some diplomats (and for K&W heads of states), religious leaders etc. Under celebrities on average, K&W had 46 guests, H&M 26, E&J 41.

It's not that clear why H&M are singled out since MM has worked with most of them via Hollywood or charities.

Because she is an American actress therefore she is thrown in as a Hollywood actress because many of them don’t acknowledge or know that being American doesn’t equate to being considered a Hollywood actress in the US. Hollywood actresses would be Anne Hathaway, Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Lawrence, Meryl Streep, Viola Davis. Heck, even Charlize Theron would be considered a Hollywood actress even though she is South African. They’re household names that you could show someone and they would know instantly who they are.
